Established in 2013, HomeRun Homes Inspection, LLC is a company that wants to help revolutionize the purchasing/selling experiences for homeowners throughout the state of Connecticut. Our mission is to start at the beginning with the education process. John was amazing in assisting us with our home inspection. He was patient in explaining the process to us, and helpful in answering any questions we had. At the maturing age of 13, John Jr began working with his father at his retail gasoline endeavor (Silver Dolphin Shell - a concept derived from John Sr. who was a US Navy submariner veteran on the Sablefish SS303), learning the aspects of running a business, customer service, attention to detail, and most importantly developing a strong work ethic.

Our realtor recommended a few home inspection options when we were purchasing a home and I reached out to all of them for a quote. I couldn't get through to John when I called but he messaged me back not too much later and promised a quote by email later that day. His quote was very reasonable, with helpful additional information and sample copies of inspection reports (w/ addresses and names redacted). From the beginning John’s professionalism and educational knowledge have been beyond reproach. After many issues were found during our home inspection, John even came back at our walkthrough to make sure everything was done correctly. It was at this time he noticed that the seller not only exchanged a piece of equipment for a lesser model but also due to a law that changed weeks before it was also considered unusable for the size of house we were purchasing. Most inspectors would have not been up to date on such a new law but John proved not only his knowledge but the pursuit of continually learning

I have used John and HomeRun Homes Inspection on two separate occasions and I would highly recommend his company. He is professional, extremely knowledgeable and very detail-oriented during his inspections - all of which results in informative, detailed reports. After calling over 10 different home inspection agencies and getting all these ridiculous, outrageous quotes with high prices. I was over it, stressed out and tired. I was done. My family has engaged Home Run Inspections for three home inspections! I recommend John as he is diligent, responsive and knowledgeable.
