Kettle Moraine Counseling is a mental health clinic, with 3 locations: West Bend, Cedarburg and Oak Creek, Wisconsin. Providing a healing environment for clients and staff; building resilience to grow as individuals, families, and a community. It began as a small practice of me and 2 other part time therapists, and has grown to 30 staff members and 3 locations, with a 4th location currently being explored.
I am one of these people whose emotions manifest somewhere in their bodies, almost instantaneously! Particularly anxiety or worry will be felt in my stomach usually as a swirling emotion and sadness/grief in my chest or head area. So many of us are not comfortable with expressing our anger or sharing what our needs are so we resort to passive aggressive behavior in an attempt to communicate what we are feeling or what we want.

Services
The research clearly supports that people who go to counseling have better outcomes (less depression, anxiety, etc) than those who do not seek help. All our clinicians are experienced and skilled in helping with many problems. What's very important is that you "click" with your therapist. Read the therapist profiles and a phone, email or in person consultation about your issues is always welcomed and encouraged!
