I recently listed and delisted my property in the Atlanta area. As soon as my property was delisted, Melida and Potts Realty started calling immediately soliciting for my business. Even after repeated asking her to please stop calling and texting, she refuses and would not stop bothering me and my family member. I am horrified by her behavior and would never work or recommend her to anyone!

Secondly, her team works well together..... offering an incredibly easy client experience.
Lastly and most importantly, they know the industry and they know industry related figureheads. Selling a large tenant occupied luxury townhouse, through a 1031, in a complex city like Johns Creek is not easy. Kinda can’t wait to sell another property with them.

My house was on the market for a year with a previous realtor. I switched to Melida at Potts Realty and it was sold in a matter of weeks.
Melida is a very competent realtor. Great communication, attention to detail and her concern for my interests was obvious.
If it’s time sell your house, I would recommend Potts realty without reservation.

We are investors so finding Melida and her team was a blessing. We wanted an agent to go above and beyond. Someone old school who can pick up the phone and call and expedite the sale. With today’s technology with txt and social media, agents don’t want to work for their money. They just send you the links. She is defiantly a seller not a listing agent. I used Melida service for the first time to sell my property. She is one of the best agent I ever had. Couple years ago, the market wasn't that good and I had a tenant with me. She told me to hold on longer and wait to the market change. She is right. The market turns much better now than before. She was able to sell my house in less than 2 months. She reviewed my house situation every Thursday and was making sure the price is right. I will recommend her to anyone who wants to sell houses.
