Scottsdale Computer Repair Service has been providing mobile computer repair in Scottsdale, AZ and the greater Phoenix Metro Area since 1999. We repair laptops, desktops, PCs and Apple computers. We also do cracked laptop screen repairs and dc power jack replacements at our repair shop. Our primary mobile service area includes Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Fountain hills and most of the East Valley portion of the Phoenix metropolitan area.

I scheduled them to come out between 2p and 5p. They were supposed to call when they were 15 minutes to 1 hour away. At 10 minutes to 5:00p I called them. The guy I talked to told me that Ray was still about 30 minutes out. I expressed that I had spent the entire afternoon waiting and that the least Ray could have done was called me to let me know that he was running late. They certainly don’t seem to be a company that values their client’s time. As a matter of fact, I was told that since they didn’t make the window, they wouldn’t charge me if I cancelled. Seriously??

100% recommend them! Dustin is our go to guy! Definitely a lifesaver for our office, any problem we have he has been able to solve and get us up back and running! No matter how big or small the issue may be he is always very nice and positive about every situation. He is great at explaining everything and reminds us he is only a call away to get his help if needed.

The tech that helped me was Edwardo. He was able to find the problem right away (bad hard drive - old one) and replaced it with a new solid-state one. Everything works fast now and I am very pleased. He did a great job and is a nice guy. I like this company and will definitely use them again.

Eduardo was very knowledgeable regarding my tech issues.
Cox was completely unable to diagnose the problem and help me.
Eduardo knew exactly what needed to be done and what I need to do to get me back on line.
Eduardo went the extra mile to complete the project. I had to replace my old modem and Eduardo returned at the end of his day and installed the new modern and ran through everything to ensure that all was working.
When I need my technology problems fixed, I call Karl's Tech Service! (and will ask for Eduardo)

Anthony was amazing! He was very professional and explained things clearly in a way that enabled me to learn from the experience. He provided great customer service. After a brief discussion of the problems I was having with my PC, Dustin Brown got down to work and quickly analyzed what was happening. He had the knowledge and tools to install a new hard drive, re-install Windows 10 and get all my files transferred over within 2 hours. I now have a brand new PC that runs like a top. He's my hero and a charming person. He took the time to keep me posted throughout the repairs as to what he was doing and why. He's the man.
