My experience with Flow Yoga thus far has been exactly that-- flowy & fluid, from the simplicity of my first trial sign-up, to the weekly sessions I've been excited to attend after work in the evenings (some of which have been remotely live-streamed). I end each class feeling open and refreshed. Would highly recommend this studio, especially if you're interested in sound therapy, as many of the instructors infuse this into their classes. Very thankful for Flow!

This is the first yoga studio I have gone to regularly. I really enjoy my time here. I primarily go to the Kundalini Yoga classes and get a lot out of these classes. I find at times the breathwork to be challenging enough to keep me engaged, but the body work isn't so hard that I can't hold poses for the necessary time.
Anyone in South Austin looking for a yoga spot should check this out. There is a variety of types and the event engagement is beginning to amp up again post COVID. I'm glad to be seeing people in person!

Flow Yoga is amazing! I have a short term stay in Austin and decided to get a month pass at Flow and I am so glad I did it.
I am a type A person that needs results and have always used Yoga based on “results”. I’ve practiced daily for years to help with back and sciatica issues. But I love when I get a sweat going as I feel like I am getting some “work” done.
Well, at Flow I also found Kundalini Yoga, which I have never seen before at other studios. Kundalini has helped me immensely with anxiety disorders, trauma and pain. I can’t explain what the practice has done for me. Every time

Flow yoga is so peaceful and unpretentious and I always feel so comfortable there. I came in expecting strenuous workouts like the yoga I’ve done in the past but I found that their focus on meditation and intent has changed my view on yoga completely. I always leave feeling relaxed and in tune with myself and perfectly stretched out.

Flow Yoga on Westgate is a great place to relax and go within. I love all the Kundalini classes and as every teacher there presents a bit different style, it gives me variety in exercises and meditations. The classes are very energizing, help me to balance my energy and support my continued spiritual awakening process.

Flow Yoga is a great local yoga studio with many offerings for beginner to advanced. And their online platform makes it so easy to sign up for in person and online classes that suit your schedule. Jackie and Colleen have been incredible instructors and make the classes educational, fun and worthwhile!

Flow Yoga has been great, especially for beginner classes. I've been attending classes in person at Flow Yoga Anderson Lane since May. The Yin classes help with connective tissue, while Flow works more on muscles and balance. The Self Care classes are centering.
The instructors are good, and helpful with poses and the use of props. Carolina, one of the owners is always a breath of fresh air and sunshine!.
I plan to continue attending multiple times a week, and work my up to some higher intensity classes.
Oh, and there is no judgment here!. Women and men of all ages and an abilities. I'm 60 and

The yoga teachers at Flow Yoga on South Lamar are knowledgeable and experienced. They offer diverse classes ranging from vinyasa to hatha to relaxation (yin) classes, and all are excellent. An especially important factor for me is that their classes, at least for now, are not “hot yoga” which is a terrible concept invented by the shyster Vikram. Nice temperatures, good equipment, excellent focused informed and clear instructors. All of the teachers I have encountered have at least 8 years of experience. As someone who has done yoga for 35 years, this kind of knowledge is important.

Flow Yoga is truly my zen, and my safe space. When I first moved to Texas from Orlando FL, I was very upset and constantly on the brink of tears whenever I thought of home. Within the first few days, I decided to work on my mental health and began attending Flow Yoga in Cedar Park. Yoga was something familiar to me so I thought I'd give it a go. (they have a wonderful intro 7 days for $7). The instructors are so kind and knowledgeable. I am pregnant currently (explains the emotions and tears) and every instructor has been able to offer safe accommodations so I am still able to get the most out

Great variety offered at this location Including convenient times! I was visiting Houston and needed a drop-in class. I went to the 830 Sat class. Vinyasa flow. Teacher greeted me at the desk and made me feel welcome. Class started on time. Room was warm and inviting minimal hands-on correction. Class ended with a cool cloth infused with essential oil

My husband bought me the one month pass and I absolutely loved it. All of the teachers are gentle, kind and very patient with me. I have one arm and they didn't hesitate to learn for themselves & teach me how to best stand on my head. They always reminded me to recenter myself, slow down my heavy breaths and relax . All though I do the pop in class from time to time I honestly would prefer the one year pass. It's not super expensive and frankly I'm highly considering doing it for 2020. I've looked at other studios and to be frank they're so how do I say it hyperactive

This is an awesome studio. There are different classes available 7 days a week and no class is like another. Instructors offer suggestions, modifications, build on your current practice, ask for requests from their pupils and spot. Parking is free and usually ample. I usually sign up in the app for class to reserve a spot and arrive at least 5 minutes prior to class

Mere words can't express how thankful I am to have found my way to this studio shortly after moving to the area a year ago. It has become my safe haven and a second home. The variety of classes and schedule makes it super easy to fit a class in. Every single instructor is top notch. It is 100% judgment free. There are only warm thoughts and good vibes!

The Studio is quiet, clean and most of the instructors I have met so far are great. However I would like to comment on today's class. I went for 1 hour Slow Power (intermediate) with Janee, in their heated room. I felt that the class was super rushed. The teacher seemed in some type of rush... like she had to go through certain number of poses, I felt like I was doing Bikram Yoga. Zero engagement with the students, just keep going on and on with her instructions. Or maybe it's for students that already know the routine but in that case it should not say "intermediate". It felt

Perfect studio in most every way. Great teachers, studio, classes, location. I just can't deal with the incredibly loud classes. Before class- it is literally 30+ women screaming at each other across the room. The talking continues during class. In final savasana, the yelling starts up again. I have never experienced this in any other studio. This has happened each time I have been there and seems to be the general personality of the studio. I have talked to several other friends who opted to practice elsewhere because they were looking for a more peaceful practice. It is disappointing

Bought a Groupon for 20 sessions and have gone to five so far and tried out three of the instructors and I LOVE it! Started out as a complete novice and took two of the beginner classes in the non-heated room with Patsy. I was kind of nervous, but she was super friendly and informative and really put me at ease. For the third class I decided to try the 90 degree heated room for all levels. It was tough, but I left feeling so refreshed like I sweat out all the toxins. At the very end, they put a cool towel on your head, which feels like heaven after you've been sweating like crazy.

I have been practicing with Flow Yoga since March. AMAZING! I originally started through a groupon....and while most think Groupons are just for people to bounce from place to place and get a god deal. This place is just worth sticking with!
The studio is clean, nice, and offers dressing rooms. People tend to gather in the waiting area and just chat and catch up. It's relaxed. It's friendly.
The classes are great! Each instructor is a little different, but I am definitely noticing an improvement from when I started. They will offer adjustments or take the time to stay after
