When I move here nobody told me you could not swim when you wanted to someone that doesn’t even rent off these people come and here and give swim classes several time a day starting at 5am someone put something and both side doors to keep open from the side my grandchildren come one week and the summertime we were down their swimming when he come and and asked us to move people are coming to have their swim lessons I pay to live here he doesn’t even rent from them he told me but that where he run his business out of he down their about every day that sucks

This is a beautiful place to live for a reasonable cost. Most of the staff are very helpful. Allegheny Partners- Melissa S was very helpful and professional in helping me with my stay.

I had problems with the roof leaking in my unit (213). In heavy rain, gallons of water would pour in from 9 different places across every room. Each time it happened, I reported the issue, and management said it was fixed. However, the ceiling continued to leak. When I requested another apartment, the management company said that I could move to a smaller unit for a price increase of $200 per month. I declined and moved out at the end of my 8 month lease. I did get my full security deposit back.

Great place. Location is very nice. Facilities are excellent. One of a kind location in Roanoke.

The only good thing about this place is when your lease is up and you can move. You have been warned. You would be better off homeless than signing a lease with this management company.

Never rent anything from Waldvogel, they dont fix things and they steal your money!!!
