We have been living here going on our 3rd lease now, its quiet, our neighbors are quiet and too themselves, respectful, very clean property, any maintenance issues that may they are right on it, they are always going great events and activities for us residents. Summer time the pool is always very clean and relaxing. And the landscaping is always very beautiful, especially during the spring and summertime!

After living here for two years We moved out 5 months ago and they are trying to get money from us for the carpet. We had two deposits, one pet deposit of 200$ non refundable and a first month rent ( 800$ for a one bedroom)deposit on the apartment when we moved in. What is a deposit for? When we lived here My husband and I have always been hassled over what we owe or being change for unethical reasons. I will NEVER tell someone to go there. This is why I don’t recommend Hickory Woods. Not recommended at all they will try to money you to death.

Hickory Woods is an amazing place to be. we've had problems with other residents and the girls in the office have been wonderful at helping us with it. even when our dishwasher broke, they got a maintenance man on it asap. everyone is so friendly and most of the residents are great as well!! I wish we could live here forever!!

I have lived at Hickory Woods for about 6 weeks now and am VERY pleased with them. I have lived at The Pines, The Orchards, and Cedar Point and they do not compare in the care they take with their tenants. The Orchards is more costly and the customer service in comparison to Hickory Woods is down right poor. Hickory Woods left me a card and balloon on my birthday, they have an entire week where they show appreciation to their tenants and the maintenance crew works with you. I have even received follow up emails and cards to make sure I am having a quality experience with my new home. I love the

I really appreciate the office staff at Hickory Woods. Everytime I come in needing help with something they are always willing to help me. The maintenance staff is very friendly and quick to get things fixed for you. I would highly recommend Hickory Woods to anyone that is looking for an apartment with amazing staff to come with it.

Like some others have stated. This place is not pet friendly. If they were they would know how pets are and that’s why they charged the fee in the first place. Normal apartments use that fee for the carpet to be cleaned in between each tenant. I was only there for 3 months and I did everything I could to keep that place nice and they are still charging me to replace the whole carpet when they only found urine in the living room (and I know my pets had maybe 3 accidents and I cleaned it up right away each time). they use the excuse that it was SATURATED with urine for everyone they try to get

My family lived at Hickory Woods for 2 years and it was the best apartment complex we lived in. The staff was always friendly and very helpful with anything we ever needed. Our neighbors were really friendly, we were surrounded by neighbors who had been living there for years, like 5-10 years or more, and they love the place. I loved the landscaping and how they change the flowers with the season. Even though I don't live there anymore when I drive by I still enjoy seeing the new flowers at the entrance. Overall the best apartment complex we have lived at. The staff is friendly and always there when you need them. When we have a maintenance issue it is usually taken care of immediately. The grounds are always clean and the landscaping team changes the plants as you enter seasonally making for a nice experience. What really stood out for my wife and I was that the staff always remembers our names and specific concerns and checks in on us every time they see us.

I've been here about 3 years. Great rental staff. Maintenance team is excellent. Very family friendly community. A cozy fitness center, pool with new propane grill by it's side encased in beautiful stone work, playground in lower section of complex, as well as tennis court with basketball goal to name some features. I will say the complex staff was fast and efficient at snow removal efforts over the past winter. Also, washer and dryers in units help a lot! I must say that the time that i have spent with the Hickory Woods staff has been nothing more than exceptional. The whole entire process was easy, painless and very time friendly. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time thus far residing with the whole Hickory Woods family. They have been at my every beckon call with smiles! My home is cozy and i love it.
