This apartment complex is disgusting. They are so expensive, always dirty, the management sucks and is unresponsive, they charge fees once you move out and call them "misc cleaning fees", and then threaten to send you to collections. This place has been terrible since the first day I moved in. They also did a bait-and-switch on the month to month fees and hiked the price by an additional 400 a month. There are snakes that sit out front of the doors and they do nothing to treat it. They do nothing to mitigate roaches. Do not let the appeal of the lake Crabtree lure you in here. This place

Even if you mop and sweep the kitchen floors, bathrooms, vacuum the carpets and make sure the apartment was clean at the time of your exit, the management will make sure after a few months they charge a pretty hefty amount as part of "HEAVY CLEANING". God knows what that means. Very quick to action your account into 'collections' if you would like to know reason for the amounts charged. I guess people reviewing the management as greedy sums it up just right. Not Nice at all after living for an year.

READ BEFORE SIGNING - Everyone’s experience at an apartment complex is different…here’s mine with this complex. Note - I’ve lived here 3 years.
Bug/roach issues since I moved in. It’s gotten some better but still an issue. Pest control comes every other week and it’s still an issue. And the roaches are alive when I see them. Speaking of pest control, ask the complex staff to accompany them to your apartment if you won’t be home. My apartment was left unlocked 2x in the last month after they had been in my home.

I lived here for over 2 years, and had two main problems: roaches and greedy management.
The roaches were the largest I've seen since growing up in New Orleans. I had repeated maintenance requests that didn't seem to help despite having to pay an additional $40-50 a month for pest control. I would have been better off spending that money purchasing raid traps myself.
Despite being a good tenant (no late payments, left unit clean and undamaged), I was disappointed they screwed me out of my security deposit. The security deposit was only around $200; but they quoted some pre-existing cosmetic damage

DON'T APPLY. The same thing that happened to the reviewer below happened to me. Applied and was approved for an apartment over two weeks ago. We are moving from out of state. Minimal communication from leasing staff. The office rarely answers the phone. I've lost about $300 through the application process and called yesterday requesting a refund. I spoke with an employee who was very rude and unprofessional. I'm now in the middle of disputing the admin fee with the credit card company. I was given an email to the supervisor regarding obtaining my admin fee refund and she never responded. I should

DO NOT APPLY! I have had such a hard time with this complex. It may look nice on the internet but read the reviews! They never get back to you when you call or email..( i had applied and was approved ) never sent me a checklist or what i owe. very unorganized and have yet to contact me about fees i was charged for administration when there was ZERO administrative work done. They even told me on the phone it was “crazy there because of new management “& would leave “notes” for a call back. Imagine being a tenant and something goes wrong..you will not here back😳 i was excited at first

I lived at Weston Lakeside in 2018 for 6 weeks and my boyfriend and I split up, so I contacted the Assistant Manager at the time, Kate Turley via email and asked her how I go about getting off of the lease as my daughter and I we’re moving out. She informed me there was a roommate release form that everyone on the current lease needed to sign and bring to her. This was completed and I brought it to her office which she signed as well. Everything was done on my end and I was off of the lease and not financially responsible. My ex boyfriend, later left the apartment without notice and violated

Updated on my past review about landscaping, the management has done a great job moving the date from Saturday to a week day. I really appreciate your kind response. They also communicate through the email very quickly too. So far, I still think this is a good place to live. The maintenance is great! Very professional. I give 5 stars now.
