Services
Mental discipline to achieve better grades: Grandmaster Kim will give them meditation every class and introduce martial art breathing to calm down their emotions. Developing cognitive ability for scholastic achievements: Through learning a programmed set of blocking, kicking and punching, called forms, they will increase their cognitive ability.

If you are interested in learning taekwondo, self defense and getting into shape this is the place for you! Grand Master Kim is world reknown and had participated in world taekwondo events, including several Olympics. Very family friendly - excellent place for small kids to seniors! I know....I researched before my son became a student of Grand Master Kim!

We've been involved with the US Taekwondo center for five years. The US Taekwondo Center is a wonderful place for a young child to start learning Taekwondo and discipline, or an opportunity for anyone older to learn Olympic-style, Kukkiwon - Sanctioned Taekwondo and have opportunities to compete in a friendly environment exhibiting a true love of the sport.

My son has been a student of Grand Master Kim for 5+ years and I couldn't ask for a better teacher! Grand Master Kim is a world expert and is on the cutting edge of new taekwondo techniques which he teaches his students. He is a world class martial artist who is involved with the US Olympic Taekwondo team - and has coached many medalists. My son… has learned discipline, confidence and he has developed in so many ways under Grand Master Kim. His school in West Long Branch (USTC) is clean, bright and friendly! My son spent 4 years at another martial arts school in the area when we decided to switch to Grand Master Kim's US Taekwondo in West Long Branch, NU. We have not regretted that decision! Grand Master Kim and his staff are very welcoming to all students, beginners to advanced. Grand Master Kim is a world class instructor for not only beginners but also with Olympic quality athletes, and has taught several Olympic winners. Our son Richie has been a student with Master Kim for 1 year and he has earned his Blue belt. He is committed to earning his Black belt in the next year. Master Kim and his staff of advanced student teachers are top rate professionals who understand the art and science of teaching/coaching. The physical environment is clean, bright and functional.
