I've been coming here for years, when I started off it was a great experience but as of lately it's been truly disappointing. My last visit, will be my last visit ever. I've spent hundreds of dollars here. In August, I got acrylic on my toe. On my next visit in September I asked my nail tech to remove it- he fought me on it (for whatever reason) but I told him I wanted it off. Well unbeknownst to me, it was left on & now both of my big toenails are gone & suffering from a fungal infection. I've been 3xs since for pedis and no one said anything about my toes. I will never

Michael was as spectacular! Very detailed and professional. He was very pleasant to work with. He did an amazing job and introduced me to gel nails because he cared about my nail health. Lena at the front desk was also very polite and helpful. Prices are reasonable. The place was clean and comfortable. They offered me a drink which was nice. I will definitely be going back along with my girl friends and family! Lavish nails get an A+ From me. Thanks again guys

I'm definitely not one to complain and accidents happen but today I went to get my eyebrows waxed and after the service my eyebrows were burning. I got to my car and noticed that my eyebrows were extremely red (I know that's sometimes normal) but also noticed a layer of my skin was removed from under my eyebrows on both sides. I went back to make them aware of the situation and told them I need to go to urgent care and get this looked at. They let me see the products and what the temperature setting was at but the owner acted as if this has happened before.. she didn't apologize

I've gone here three or four times. Was really happy the first few times. The last time I went for a regular manicure the nail tech decided to use a Dremel tool and literally ruined my nails. I went back today to see if they could fix them since it's been a month and they look terrible and still hurt. The woman at the desk suggested I do a gel manicure to try to help my nails get stronger. When I checked out I asked about discount since my nails had been ruined the last time. She offered me a 5% discount. I guess at least it was something but seriously if they cared about their customers I feel

I was referred by a friend and made an appointment well in advance. I was the first appointment of the day, and Michael gave my dip manicure and regular pedicure. My nails had not been done in well over a year so they were and in great shape. I was not happy with how he was doing my manicure, at all, and after questioning why he was doing things a certain way and having him file my fingers instead of my nails TWICE, Michael told me he had 20 years experience and knew what he was doing. I'm not sure who I'm more annoyed with the salon or myself. I had dip polish and went to have it filled and everyone told me it was acrylic that I had. I've had dip before and the process was the same. The things she pulled out were not dip materials. I should have just left bc I don't want acrylic but I was there already and had a gift card. Not to mention the $5 charge for shaping that wasn't even the shape I originally had. My first experience was ok so I figured I'd give them three stars as an average. Prob will not got back. I don't like confusion

I went to lavish nail salon today with very high hopes. The aesthetic is very modern, nice, new. I was craved 82.40 for a “sport pedi” and a gel manicure, (tipped the nail tech 20.00 as well) as I was getting my manicure my toes were underneath a drier. I was home for two hours and decided to take a look at my toes, I touched them and all the paint started to peel off of every toe. I called and I was told I could not speak to a manager and I could not have a refund but I could come in and have it fixed today which I don’t have time for. Do not waste your money here, my nails look a hot mess

It was a decent place. very nice inside and nice guy but the nail job wasn't the best. some of them are chipping and a little spotty. i also haven't got my nails done i'm a whikr and used to do gel so this was my first time doimg real polish. he put them under this dryer and just left and i was not informed i could leave when they were dry. he never let me know i could leave. might try another place next time

I experience long lasting nails when I get a gel manicure at Lavish. I have been pleased with every technician as I always call ahead but don't plan much more than a moments notice. I am always accommodated and never have to wait. I appreciate the staffing and the hour break from life when getting my nails done (the good music and wine help too!)

I recently had my first visit with Lavish, and I’m so happy I found out about them! Hannah is the artist that I had my appointment with; she was just so kind and welcoming. I haven’t been this happy with a manicure (full set acrylics) in a long time! My nails aren’t chunky, bulky, or messy at all. This is definitely my go-to salon from now on!!!

First time here was perfect. After the second time I don't think I'm coming back- I guess because of the covid rush everything had to go well the first time. Second time the person checking in and out was extremely fake about being nice and was just overall ignorant. The pedis are not worth the price and the manager just continues to push extra pricing it seems like. Had to ask them to wipe down the eye brow chair which it looked like someone spilled a drink on. My first time here and the salon was beautiful, nice and clean. However, I cant say the same about my nails. I got dip powder on nails, pedicure and brows and my bill was $93. 3 days later my nails started chipping horribly. I wanted to express my concerns so I tried calling the salon but would never get an answer. So I reached out via Instagram DM because I do not like to leave bad reviews publicly. They read my DM but never responded. Which leaves me here... poor quality service. I've been getting dip powder for two years and never experienced chipping like this. A waste of money!

Both my boyfriend and I had a spa pedicure here today and the experience was just not good at all. The place itself is beautiful but it is certainly not "spa" like. We both received the worst pedicures we've ever had. $5 up charge should be explained to you at booking at not when you come in. My tech at least smiled and talked while my boyfriend was absolutely miserable and did not speak a word until it was time to pay. Pretty much paid $65 for a bunch of lotions and a nail trim. The nail salon is packed!!! When it came to my pedicure, it wasn't even a 30 second massage!!! They didn't even use massage oil and lightly grazed my nails with the filer. I switched to three different nail techs because each one i went to didn't know how to do what i wanted!!! The only good thing about this place is their interior design and cleanliness. Other than that, the service is poor, and very very very very over priced.

Beautiful salon and very clean. Loved that they offer you a drink. Nice touch. Too expensive for service rendered. When I called to make an appt, I was told 50.00 for a mani/pedi. When I got there, I saw a sign that they're charging $5.00 more than normal. I wasn't as bothered by the price as I was that the tech rushed through both mani and pedi. I was finished in just a little over an hour. The term you get what you pay for not so true here.

I told the nail tech it wasn't glued down enough and she insisted it would stay on . 15$ is already extremely high per finger for nail design ... place is a rip off

Beautiful hidden gem, but expensive and over-priced. I randomly stopped in for a gel manicure and pedicure, close to closing time as a walk-in and was able to be taken care of immediately. I previously had dip and three nails were broken so I didn't give the tech much to work with. After some understanding about the shape I wanted, the job was OK at best. Filing burned my fingers slightly but that could've been due to my nails being weak. Although it is a beautiful salon, it is over priced, especially for the area. At least $10+ more for services compared to other salons.
