I got my manicure done Saturday night and by Sunday night they were all chipped. I don’t expect a regular nail polish manicure to last all week but I expect more than 24 hours. I didn’t do anything that would ruin my nails - no dishes no cleaning just daily handwashing and every day activities. The atmosphere was nice but for $20 I would hope my nails lasted a little bit longer

I’ve been going here for years. Service is no longer good. I got my nails done and they were too short, the design was TERRIBLE and my toe nail polish peeled off the second I got home. Mind you I paid $120. I went back and they treated me like I was the problem. The lady argued back and forth with me and when I asked for her to take the nails off and give me a refund she said she didn’t have my money. When I said okay then just fix them she reluctantly agreed. I got a different color because they clearly couldn’t do my old design and color so why would I get it again? When I changed colors

Went here for the first time on the recommendation of a friend and regretted it. I had to call to confirm my appointment because I did not receive a follow up text. The whole appointment (gel removal and manicure) that included picking out two colors when they did not have the first took under 25 minutes. I’ve never had gel removed and reapplied that quickly for the price of a full gel manicure. My hands were not cleaned during the appointment so at the end she rubbed lotion into the nail dust on my palms while my nails were still drying. I left feeling like I needed to wash my hands and spent

I wanted my nails different shades of pink, but after asking, the woman did French tips. I corrected her and then she made them all the same shade, a horrific hot pink. Even the French tips were poorly done. My cuticles are bleeding and botched. I will not be going back and would not recommend them to anyone unless they want hastily done nails.

I’ve been to just about every salon in the area and this one is by far the best! I got a dip manicure and it turned out even better than I’d hoped. The staff is super kind and the salon is clean and well kept. Highly recommend!

It took me 3 times calling the place to get an answer to make an appointment. At my appointment, there were 3 of us and only 3 technicians. Even though there was no one else in the store, they were very rushed. They spent barely any time massaging during the pedicure. I even spent more money for an upgrade. Definitely not worth the extra money.
