I got a pedicure and dip powder manicure. There was no wait time and everyone at Kate’s is super friendly! I love the way my nails turned out and it took practically no time at all. 10/10 recommend!

Yesterday, I realized my nails were looking rough and I decided to call Kate's on a whim- they got me in on the same afternoon! The location is beautiful and the staff were all very kind and accommodating. I ended up needing a complete gel refill and Linh was so kind as to take me on even though I was not originally in her schedule.

She did a fantastic job, was very polite, and we had a great conversation! I will definitely be coming back. Can't recommend this place enough!

Kate always does a fantastic job with my dipping powder and had great recommendations on colors or how to achieve the look I’m going for. I recently found this salon from a recommendation from a friend. This is the BEST nail salon and I cannot say enough good things about it. The place is extremely clean and beautifully decorated, the nail techs are welcoming, professional and extremely nice! I have gotten two dip power full sets done by Kate and Angel and both came out looking absolutely beautiful. I prefer to pick a time so I don’t always know who will do my nails and at this place is does not matter, I’ve always had a great experience. If you’re thinking about this place, GO! It is my go to salon along with many of my friends

Kate’s Spalon is the best! I have been coming here for 2 years since I moved to Delaware. They pay attention to detail, very professional and friendly. They treat me like family. The salon is gorgeous and very clean. Linh is my nail tech and is absolutely amazing! Anything I want she can do. And the owner Kate, outstanding with all the customers!! I love Kate's! I was so happy to find this salon when I moved to Delaware six years ago. I am always happy with the services, and especially the delightful spa pedicures. The best! Also, very friendly staff that make me feel welcome and appreciated. Highly recommend!

Kate and her team are amazing! It’s my favorite nail salon in DE. Every time I go in the salon, whether I have an appointment or not, Kate always fits me in. Have been going to Kate's for almost 7 years now and I've never had a bad experience. The technicians are skilled, the prices are competitive and the salon itself is immaculate. The fills for my gel manicure last nearly 3 weeks. The massage chairs they use for pedicures are marvelous and the salon offers waxing services as well as manicures and pedicure. I most appreciate the staff's attention to detail and the cleanliness of the place. I've watched the staff clean basins and surfaces (and some of the comments I read here sound like a deliberate attempt to tarnish the salon

I’ve been going to Kate’s for years and I always have a great experience. The girls are friendly and do a wonderful job. I’m picky about my cuticles and they’re ALWAYS done to perfection. The decor is cute-the… chairs are comfy and relaxing-it’s always spotless. They always remember my name and I feel special when I go. I highly recommend Katie’s!

Cleanliness is big for me. First I noticed they didnt wipe down the table top with any cleaner, they rinsed out the bowl with acetone in it nd did not sanitize or disinfect it. And the lady burnt me with a hot towel, no apology or anything, then still didnt ask if it was too hot...it was too hot. Then put scented lotion over my burn?? Who does that? Also tools we're in a pre-sealed envelope but when she opened them, they looked dirty. The one had brown stuff on it and it was not used on me, thank God! Over manicure job was sub par...

We had a fun time and are extremely happy with the lovely and expert mani pedis for our bridal party! We got the gel and dip powder.

Very clean facility and friendly staff! We highly recommend them. We would certainly return if we weren't visiting the area from far away.

I read through some of these reviews and was honestly shocked. This is where I've come for my manicures and pedicures for the last 3 years and have always had exceptional service from Kate. All the girls are friendly and happy to see you when you come in. This salon is the cleanest in Delaware in my opinion I've gone through many. It's very nicely decorated and always clean... Not sure about the other reviews here I just think they intended to sway others with exaggerated claims after not being as pleased as they expected. I've never had any issues at all I love this salon

I've been coming here for years and the people are primarily the same but they never acknowledge me as a repeat customer and tonight I was barely acknowledged or provided any type of customer service by the young lady who did my pedicure. With so much competition, you'd think they would make a slight effort. The gentlemen are so much nicer than the women who work there. Not sure I'll go back anymore...good quality but mediocre service pisses me off and is really annoying.

This nail salon is a little hard to find since it's hidden in the back of the shopping center. It amazingly has no nail polish smell when you walk in, but has cute, simple decor. For the price, you can't beat this little place. Went to Joanne this time, she was really detailed and gentle. She does an amazing job, very prideful, a perfectionist, and has a great personality.This place is very clean and hygienic .

I have been here many times and have always gotten great service and perfect nails! I get shellac and it usually lasts three weeks before it begins to chip or peel. I've even made it to the month mark before! Just had my shellac manicure done today by Kate and she did a beautiful job--just in time for my trip to Costa Rica :)

I have been getting manicures on a regular basis for over half my life, and my recent experience with this salon was easily the worst, most unprofessional manicure I've ever been subjected to.

Just visited Kate's and absolutely enjoyed my experience. Met up with co-workers and all 6 of us got a mani and/or pedi. Very clean place and there were tons of great nail polishes to pick from. Would absolutely return.
