I’m sorry to have to leave such a poor review, but our inspection was less than satisfactory. Multiple large things were missed. A cracked foundation, the master bathtub leaked through our ceiling the day we moved in (and after looking…you could see it’s been an issue for a long time), our dishwasher took 6 hours to complete a cycle, a bathroom window doesn’t lock or shut completely and is not insulated, our deck was visibly sinking and obviously had to be replaced…when we took it down, there was no wall! Completely rotted away and you could see into our basement which was causing multiple

Eric was great. He was able to schedule an inspection last minute. Being a female, and not knowing all the technical terms he explained it and showed me so I would understand. The inspection did take 3 hours. Which was great because he made sure to do a thorough job and that is what I was looking for. I would definitely use My Guy again

Would recommend Eric 100%. Exceeded every expectation. The most thorough inspector I have ever dealt with. Best money I’ve spent throughout this house buying experience. Not the cheapest guy out there, but definitely the best. Things not to shop for the cheapest price on; Brain surgeons, Tattoo artists, & Home inspectors. My Guy home inspections is worth every penny. Five stars isn’t enough to describe how satisfied I am with the inspection he provided.
