Mike was incredibly professional, thorough, dedicated, and performed an honest home inspection for my fiance and I before we purchased our new home. He took his time to make sure all areas were looked at carefully and provided us a detailed report that made us comfortable with the home and what we felt we could negotiate for in the buying process. Michael was referred to us by our realtor and he was phenomenal. Not only did he describe his findings in a way I, a first time home buyer, could understand, he was able to converse with my father who is very knowledgeable in home upkeep and management. My realtor recommended Michael for us when looking to buy a new home. When calling to make the appointment he clearly explained the scope of the inspection and radon testing. He didn’t mind having us there throughout the inspection. It’s a first house for my daughter and he made sure to point out important things like where to turn off the main water, etc. I’d recommend Michael as he is thorough and takes his time.
