Many have heard of Radon, but may not understand what it is or does to us. Radon is a radioactive gas which cannot be detected by the human senses. Radon gas comes from decaying uranium in the ground. When these Uranium deposits break down they release the gas known as Radon. The gas enters your home through cracks and an opening in your foundation, unsealed sump pits, and loose fitting piping (water, sewer piping, etc.).
Typically a buyer with an accepted purchase offer needs a full home inspection within a limited time frame. Falcon offers full home inspections for home buyers. We are available 7 days a week and short notice is not unusual or a problem. Our visual inspection includes a summary of defects, safety issues, and maintenance areas from minor to major.

Thank you Lou and Anthony! Lou, your home inspection was very detailed inside and outside on the home we were purchasing. We appreciated the time to go over everything during the inspection, and then the very detailed report after the inspection. Very quick on scheduling an appointment. I was extremely satisfied with Falcon Home Inspections and Radon Detection and would highly recommend them. Lou from Falcon was very thorough in his inspection and took the time to explain everything to me. The day following the inspection, he sent a detailed report that included photos.
