Scott was AMAZING!
As Scott walked through our future home he took the time to explain what he was seeing and what it meant for the house. He was not focused on just providing a service he took them time to educate us. He was super personable and friendly. If for some reason we end up buying a different home I WILL be contacting Scott for another home inspection.

We got the exciting call that our offer on a home was accepted at 8pm on a Tuesday. At 8am on Wednesday, I called Scott, hoping against hope that there he had availability to do an inspection within 5 days. He came highly recommended by our realtor and Scott did not disappoint! We were scheduled for an inspection on Thursday at 8:30am.

I'm a first time home-buyer, so had lots of questions during the house inspection. Scott patiently answered my questions and explained his findings as he inspected.
