Services
We are a pet friendly apartment community! We are pleased to accept cats and dogs. The following non-traditional pets ARE allowed: turtles, non-poisonous frogs, domestic hamsters, hermit crabs, gerbils, small domesticated birds, and domestic fish. Fees for these non-traditional acceptable pets may vary if applicable.
We strive to make sure you stay informed and have the tools you need to protect yourself and your belongings. A great renters insurance policy will do just that and is a requirement to live at our community. Covers you for damages related to water, fire, smoke & explosion (Not All Carriers cover these!).

You have been so detailed and thorough and I cannot wait to move in if this is the Customer Service I have received and I'm not even a Resident! I love the recent reviews from other Residents too and your team is the reason why I chose The Meadows! Hands down the best Customer Service in the area! Terrible management! My husband and I were trying to seek information before applying to this place. We thought the pricing was great, location, floor plans, amenities, etc. I had some issues trying to reacch someone on site, but that didn't discourage us. I wrote to the property manager trying to ask information for income requirements. I will not go into detail, because each person is entitled to their own income privacy. This person told me I would have to apply, basiclaly waste my money, before they could answer any questions regarding my income. This person neglected to even look at my documents

A great place to live, The office staff is professional and friendly .
The Matenacne team is AWESOME starting from the top supervisor Johnthan takes such pride in all he and his team do all four go above and beyond their duties.
Have been here six years and hope to be here many more with pride to call this my home.

Living at Century and then The Meadows has been a good experience for me and my family. The maintenance staff is AWESOME, they seem to care about their residences and take pride in how their community looks. Leasing office staff is wonderful and kind. Vincent is the absolute BEST. He is a man of his word, quick, efficient and understanding.
And, the apartment was beautiful.

I have been living in the complex since December 2017. It is a silly complex, clean and safe. Although there has always been a problem with available parking spaces, we were recently notified that they are working on plans to correct them through better control, than was previously used under the past administration. Since the new manager (Jodi) recently arrived, the great changes that are taking place within this community are remarkable. Although recently I will be moving around, but I can strongly recommend The Meadows of Champion Gate. For anyone who wants to live in a clean, quiet, and safe
