We are a pet friendly apartment community! We are pleased to accept cats and dogs. The following non-traditional pets ARE allowed: turtles, non-poisonous frogs, domestic hamsters, hermit crabs, gerbils, small domesticated birds, and domestic fish. Fees for these non-traditional acceptable pets may vary if applicable.
We strive to make sure you stay informed and have the tools you need to protect yourself and your belongings. A great renters insurance policy will do just that and is a requirement to live at our community. Covers you for damages related to water, fire, smoke & explosion (Not All Carriers cover these!).

I highly recommend this apartment complex to everyone. This community is quiet and clean, the two most important things! We lived here for almost two years and never had a complaint. Management and the office team are sweet and efficient with everything. Make sure to go see the pool, gym, community spaces, and playgrounds!

I don't give this apartment 5 stars for no reason. Anyone who has ever lived in an apartment knows that they can be terrible. And if you've read any reviews for apartments, most are complaints after complaints. And I have certainly lived in my share of those kinds of apartments. But not The Grand at Westside. Let's start with the layouts. These are by far the best layouts around. They are practical, spacious and different than the "cookie cutter" ones you will find up and down central Florida. If you have the chance to get a third floor with the vaulted ceiling, and can stand the hike up the stairs

Expect at The Grand at Westside Apartments, modern, luxurious, peaceful settings and safe environment. However, the great asset of this community is the excellence and professionalism of the Management and staff. Our experience with them, excel in top notch service and caring service from Mr. Brett, Community Mgr, Ms. Liz, Asst. Mgr, Mrs. Sthefany and Mr. Ralphie, Leasing Agents, Mr. John, Maintenance technician. My wife and I, feel, not only we have a place to call home but friends and people who care for us. Thank you!

Love the apartment, amenities, and staff here. It is fantastic! The only thing lacking is the trash but I do not blame the staff for that. That is on everyone living here needing to take responsibility for their community. Staff are here for us if there are any questions or concerns and managing the property. We must do our part in caring for the property and pick up after ourselves.

Great place to live, going on a year. Friendly & helpful staff and great amenities. Some residents are unruly and bothersome, but that can't be helped by the staff. Maintenance is superb here, too; they respond quickly and work hard to fix whatever issue you may have, all the while being highly professional.
The apartments are very modern, with new fixtures and appliances installed already. This complex is close enough to everything with just a short drive, and living here has been great.
Would highly recommend living here.
