Beware!!!! You can hear everything! The footsteps and banging! It's so bad that the walls shake! We have informed the management, they at least call and ask to keep noise down but that lasts about a day! We are breaking our lease because of the noise and other things....but mainly the noise. This is ridiculous!

Please be aware. Ever since I moved over a year ago I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED A LETTER OR NOTICE in regards to anything about the apartment. I have called numerous times to see if I was able to pick up or view the paperwork, I was told no because they mail the letter to my new address. WELL, they LIED. Instead, I receive a letter of collection. This place is unorganized and I would not recommend living in unless you like drama.

I really enjoyed living here. I lived here for two years and sadly had to move else where. The cost to live there was just too much. I called the apartment I lived in, the 3rd floor gem because I had a beautiful view of the sunset in my apartment. Since it was the 3rd floor and the only bad thing was taking the groceries up.

Although there have been some changes in the office staff since my initial contact, everyone here has been friendly and helpful. But most recently Maria has been a joy. She has been quick to take action and prompt in her replies and follow up, all with a smile and genuinely kind demeanor. We are new residents here(like days lol)so this review is based on our experience so far and expectantly a reflection of the future, but I will update later to say how things are hopefully just as wonderful.

I moved in almost two weeks ago, my first time moving out on my own with my son. I don’t know about all the negative comments below but I’ve loved it so far! I’m renting a 2 bedroom on the 3rd floor and the view is awesome, the almost-new appliances are plus. The actual apartment is actually very big for a 2 bedroom which I can appreciate. I like the extra storage room and the balcony. I love that the laundry units are already in the apartment. The place is beautiful and clean for a good price that I can afford as a single working mom. Siarah was amazing. She made the entire process so easy

Loved JAVI n Wandi they are amazing they helped me and my sister find an amazing apartment with lots of great amenities like pool gym basketball court and a play park for our fur babies . They also have a good truck that comes which is awesome kinda gets the community together. Been here for a few weeks now and I am extremely happy. Thank you Javi and Wandi

Lovely place! I've been living here for a year and I don't want to leave!! The office is so nice and efficient. Maintenance comes in and kills it every time. Everyone even the neighbors are super friendly. And such a quiet neighborhood. The cleanliness of the apartment when I first got it was amazing. Would recommend this place time and time again. And the price it's just perfect. What you pay for the small pretty cool upgrades they put plus washer and dryer in unit like you won't find this anywhere.

Beautiful property.....Holly made sure both my daughter and myself had a seamless move in, she is very professional, friendly,knowledgeable and an absolute delight to be around. Holly has truly been wonderful with every interaction I've had with her. She has been professional with answering questions in a timely manner and addressing any issues I had while moving in. Do not live at Lake House Apartments. I have lived many places and this was by far the worst. The property looks nice and welcoming until the trash is constantly overflowing, the gates are never working, and… cops roaming around the complex multiple times a week. In the first week we moved in, the apartment was filthy, our mail key had to be remade three times before it would work and the showers make a terrible sound when they run. We had roach problems the entire time we lived there and the management was well aware (we visited them frequently since they don’t respond to issues in

I can write 2 Different Stories. When I first moved in and received an administration (The only good thing I knew in that administration was abby). Beyond that I never had the empathy of who at that time was the manager and ect ect. When the second administration of Javy's Hands arrives - I thought it would be more of the same until one day they… knocked on my door with a small chocolate present - that amazed me quite a bit. By far the worst managed and maintained place I have ever lived at. Upon first moving in, the dishwasher didn’t work, the cabinets were covered in and filled with dust and a few dead bugs. It has been nothing but down hill from there. Only being here 6 1/2 months, we can’t wait for our lease to be up. The windows leak whenever there is rain, and… have for months. Management knows about the situation, and has their maintenance staff resolve the problem with spackle and paint. Great fix until it rains again!! I don’t understand the negative comments below; this place is a hidden gem. To start, the apartments are a bargain for the price and the facilities like the gym, club house, and pool look great and are well kept. The application and move in prosses were a breeze thanks to Abigail, she took her time in answering all our questions. It’s a great property, the staff is very helpful and the people in the community are very friendly.
