Going through the process of purchasing a new home was a journey that took us through different trails and paths. It included expected and unexpected bumps and obstacles. Platinum Home Mortgage was by far the best lending company I have ever dealt with in my life, In fact I originally went with another lending company and went through their process for almost 3 months just to end up with pure disappointment in the end. I was literally just not going to do a loan at all I was so upset, then I came across Charlene at Platinum and decided well I’ll give it one more go. So glad I did, their process was smooth, professional, and quick (45) days start to finish. She was very helpful and informative throughout the whole process and even found me a better insurance company
