At Locke Your Loan, our clients are our passion. My team and I have over 25 years experience in the mortgage world and I started Locke Your Loan in 2017. Mortgage loan programs can be defined in many ways, here are a few. Refinancing to a more favorable term or lower interest rate can save significant amounts of money over the life of your loan.
Down payment assistance programs are typically meant for first-time home buyers. However, a repeat homebuyer often counts as a "first-time buyer" if they haven't owned a home in the past three years. Other requirements might include income caps and buying a home in a qualified area. Every down payment assistance program is a little different.

Where do you even start?! If there was 10 stars, I would be leaving a 10 star review. This team is amazing!! Thais was by far the best refinance experience I have ever had. I was consistently kept updated on the progress of my loan and the team was friendly and responsive to my inquiries. My wife and I found a great home and in this market, knew we needed to make an immediate offer. We contacted Lara Locke and were pre-qualified with a letter within 24 hours. This made our offer stronger. Once the loan process started, the email communication linked to our docs portal, which was easy to use and upload documents. Wow. Reviewing a loan company - that's an iffy one. Most people would just look at the 5 stars and think, "ok she got her loan," and be done with it. Full disclosure, yeah, we got the loan, but honestly, that's not why the 5 stars. The 5 stars are because Lara Locke busted her butt to make sure that we got over-the-top customer service. Her staff made mistakes. One mistake in particular was pretty serious. Lara stepped up and took responsibility. No excuses. Early in the process, she told us she would be available, and guess what, she was. She would call us, back, after hours

We used Lara and her team this last June to upgrade from our previous home to our current property. Through the entire process Lara was communicative, professional, prompt and overall great. Everything went so smoothly and she was never more than a phone call away. About a month later I received a letter in the mail from The Locke team. Lara and the entire Locke team were the absolute best! We tried to purchase and refinance for two years and worked with about 5 different brokers. Lara is so amazing! We bought our amazing home at the age of 22 and 24. So many people told us it was going to be impossible, we are to young, every negative comment you could think of.
