Absolutely amazing service and results! I presented Patrick with the worst mortgage situation ever in hopes he could turn my dire situation around. I had taken out a HERO loan for Solar that ended up to be a scam, I was paying an enormous amount in taxes each year, my house payment was extremely high and had a financial situation that did not make me the most attractive to banks. Patrick was up front with me from the beginning and indicated that refinancing my current loan was going to be a lot of work on his end, but he would do what he could.
