My realtor recommended Kevin for my home inspection, so I was confident that he would do a great job and he did! He is very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He takes his time to inspect every aspect of the home and explains any issues he finds so you better understand how things work and what (if anything) needs to be fixed. He is prompt with returning your inspection report, which is also very thorough. 10/10 recommend!

Kevin was an awesome home inspector. He was on time, and very professional, but friendly. It was like having someone you know inspect your house. He was also fair. I thought a part of the house was in pretty bad condition, and he pointed out that it was weathered for sure, but not dangerous, and then pointed out examples on nearby homes. I'd hire Kevin again.

Kevin was a pleasure to work with. I am in the process of buying my first home, and Kevin helped explain what was happening during the inspection so my newbie brain could comprehend and understand with ease. He was patient when a potential new neighbor stopped by midway through the inspection, and never rushed when I was slightly distracted walking through the home. Kevin did a home inspection on a home that we are purchasing. He was really responsive, flexible on timing, and easy to work with. During the inspection, he took the time to explain everything while being thorough and knowledgeable. His final report was ready right away and was easy to read.
