This place was horrible. A man that said his name was Tom did my nails and when I would tell him something that I did not like he would say there was nothing he could do about it. They over charge because lack of business, but their customer service is the true problem. None of them have a problem doing bad work and sending you on your way. This was my first and last time going there. When I paid he tried to give me a frequent customers discount card but I told him that I would not need it. Their standards are very low, this was my worst nail shop experience ever.

I don’t know what these reviews are talking about. They are so kind and I go there regularly, they probably have one of the best services I know of. All of my friends that I recommended can back this up. Going through these reviews I honestly don’t agree with them at all except for the good ones. All of the employees are very kind especially Tiffany she’s so sweet. Overall I gotta say I’ll probably going to switch them to my main nail techs since they are way closer to my house and treat every customer and people around them with so much kindness

They are great and are very kind!! They treated me and my mom nicely, and our nails look amazing. I looked through reviews, I was really surprised seeing these bad reviews, mind they only tell you they can’t take you if they know they won’t have time, it’s not a race thing or anything personal. I’ve gone there 7-9 times (I don’t usually go out). I guess you can’t always trust reviews.

They are my favorite nails salon BY FAR. They are so kind and actually quicker than other places. I request designs all the time and they always do it flawlessly. I find other places and try them but always end up going back to them. They are simply so amazing. All of the workers there are very nice and they have probably one if the best customer and nail services I know. I would recommend 100000%.

Terribly understaffed. Tried last week to go and they said they can't take me. Just tried moments ago for a pedicure and she told me to come back in the morning or wait two hours. Can't speak for the quality of the service, but I can't believe how understaffed they are. There are plenty of chairs, but not enough technicians.

If I could possibly give these crooks 0 stars I would first I waited around for over 3 hours for a full set and a pedicure I wrote that on the sign in list (obviously they didn't read it) They were understaffed and the wait was long. I got in shop around 3PM and didn't get finished until 6PM and that was with going to grab something to eat with the threat of someone MAY take your place. Whoever is giving these rude, poor customer service fools 3+ stars have never had quality service even basic questions I had in regards my nails she couldn't answer.

I've been to this shop a few times now, and my nails have turned out well. I come here when I can't get an appointment with my regular nail artist. I have enjoyed great service, and my nails tech Ann, did a wonderful job! It had been several weeks since I'd had my nails done, so a fill in was definitely needed! She didn't say a word about how they looked. She just went to work, and my nails looked fabulous! I like the atmosphere there, and my wait time has never been too long. I'm going again this morning! 😊

My experience was..ok. Nothing more or less. I went on a Friday night so I expected for it to be really busy. It took about 10 min for them to call me back for a gel manicure, which was ok with me. The male tech was nice but a little rough with taking my old nails off. There was a woman sitting there before me waiting on a pedicure. They sat her down in the chair and never started on her feet she asked about 3 times if they were going to be able to give her a pedicure and they gave her the run around only to tell her to come back the next day. That alone was so unprofessional to me so I most likely
