The price gouging is unreal . They said one price then wanted to add extra for everything even the reg polish that is free every where and she tried to add $5 for it. Went down the street and got it All.for half of what they tried to take advantage of me for. I have the money but too smart to be taken advantage of. Please don't waste your time and money here!!!!

Everyone was so nice and inviting. Jimmy did my nails and the full experience was fantastic. He was so kind and I felt like I was visiting with a friend although I had just met him. The conversation was very pleasant and made it so easy and fun. I am definitely going to be getting my nails done again soon and will be having Jimmy do them. What a great experience.

I have been coming to Vestavia Nails for at least10 years. It’s the only salon I use. I have watched Tu, Danny, and the other employees work so diligently to establish a loyal clientele, and they have succeeded. Tu has her MBA and is so smart. They have grown from a clean little salon to a clean comfortable-sized, elegant salon and it is lovely inside!

Since I first visited Vestavia Nails I have refused to going anywhere else. They have the highest standards in nails and always do such an amazing job! They are very accommodating and helpful. Tu has helped me through broken nails with such, easy and always making things right. She offers free drinking to help you relax as well as use of pens that can help if you need to do something important on your phone while your nails are wrapped. Tu does the best job! I was hesitant about getting mani-pedi today b/c there were several unmasked customers but Tu put me in the side room away from folks so I would feel comfortable. All of the staff were wearing masks & they have plexiglass between you & you manicurist. Thank you for relieving my anxiety in this time of Covid!!!

TLDR: Be weary, & double check your technician's license first. They use techniques that aren't the safest, but are pretty common (acetone soak and nail drills on your natural nail). The nail techs aren't very great with the nail drill, and they aren't very transparent about their prices. More importantly, they don't feel the need to display employee licenses, and when asked for the license number, the owner got upset.

I would not recommend this place for acrylic nails. I went in for a redo to give them a second chance but I will not be back. The first time I went the acrylic started lifting after 2 days which has never happened to me. The man I had just slapped the acrylic on. It took less than 45 mins. Most of my nails aren't laying flat they are uneven lengths.

This place is a 5 star with their service and work, but gave a 4 star cause the price was more the I was expecting, I was there for an hour and a half with a friend and I some how was charged for a 2hr worth of work plus more for some reason. I know I should have asked but it was my first time getting SNS mani nails and I thought I got just a basic pedi with french tips. Thought it would be $71 but came out to $87🤔. Next time when I go I'll have them explain it to me because there was nothing posted up about pricing, and the online website was vague about pricing as well. Besides the pricing

Giving two stars is GENEROUS - and am only doing so because of the decent job the nail tech did on my nails.
The owner is RUDE and clearly doesn't know good business practices. I came in for my appointment and was trying to pick out a nail color ... the owner Tu walked over and I asked if I could ask her a question. I was deciding between two colors and had asked her to pick one as I liked them equally. She very rudely said 'no' and turned her back to me. Look - I completely understand it was busy from the salon just reopening after the pandemic that week... but that DOES NOT give

I came to this nail salon because it was one of the only places open on Sunday. First off, don't waste your time or money. I made an appointment the day before with a certain person who had been recommended to me. The next day I show up 10 minutes early. I told them about my appointment and they acted confused and said "no" then sent me to a whole other person??? They man was so rude!!! I brushed it off. I sat down to get SNS. I was handed only 20 color choices?? When I asked for more the nail tech huffed!!! I should've walked out then.

This was the first time getting my nails done in Alabama as I have moved recently from Florida. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. Not only were the salon workers rude, but I have never seen someone hurry through an acrylic set as fast as the person that did mine. Didn't ask what length, cut way too short and didn't act like they cared if I liked it that way or not. Very few gel colors to choose from. My nails weren't formed correctly, they were dipping in some areas and not to the shape that I wanted. Although I got gel with my acrylic, it started coming off 2 days

I found Vestavia Nails almost a year ago via Yelp, and they were the highest ranked nail salon I found. This is for good reason, because Tu and her crew are great at what they do! You can make an appointment or just show up and they are happy to have you. I'm obsessed with the SNS manicure but they also do regular acrylic and gel manis. They have a plethora of options when it comes to pedicures too! Whether you want to "Treat yo self" or need a super quick without all the works they have an option for you! They also provide wax services, dermaplane, and just started lashes! Soon

The BEST place to go for pedicures!! Very relaxing environment and very friendly staff. I have been going to Vestavia Nails for almost 2 years now and I have never had a bad experience here. They also have a wide variety of gel nail colors. My whole family gets pedicures and manicures here. We wouldn't go anywhere else.

This is the place to go! Friday is usually my pedi. Day and I always am able to walk right in! Staff is very personable and friendly! They make you feel not like you are subjecting someone to the horrible job of handling your feet... No instead I am always meet with friendly smiles and light/ fun conversation. The staff seems to conform to each client... I'm a talker and my pedicure artisan My is wonderful! BTW... I'm not one to be frivolous, but go for the Nuskin Pedicure... Worth every penny! I would give them 10 stars if thy would let me:)
