I absolutely LOVE coming to Jay Nails!! I work retail, so I can be hard on my nails and I rarely have time to get them done. Since going to Jay Nails, I haven’t had one broken nail!! I also have gone over a month after getting SNS done and they still look AMAZING! Every nail technician is more than capable of producing an excellent set of nails, I couldn’t be more satisfied! If you’re looking for a new go-to salon, I highly recommend Jay Nail Spa! Thanks for always being so awesome!!

DO. NOT. COME. HERE. I wanted to try a new place out & I absolutely regret it.
1. It took 2 1/2 hours. Like what??. If I was getting a hard design yes totally expect that but this was not the case
2. I’ve had them for only 6 days !! & a couple completely broke off. But not only that, they broke off almost down the middle of my real nails & I was NOT hard w my hands. I would just grab something & it would break as if my nails were brittle. I’ve had long nails before & this has NEVR happened. & also I took a break from nails so they could be fresh & strong but anyways as you see.

First, I had the 1st appt of the day and noone said hello, not even the person doing my nails and I didn't receive any type of hand message after my nails were complete, the person who did my nails was just worried about getting to the next person......she literally jumped up and started the next person before finishing me....will not return....please get better manners...😐😐

I have been to Jay nails before and had a better experience, but today was so frustrating. Super rushed, left my nails a mess and no attempt to clean it up. Didn't acknowledge my concern when I addressed it. For the price, this was so disappointing:( usually pretty understanding but this was such a waste of my time and money.

I have mixed feelings about this nail salon. My nails ended up looking less than perfect. The woman who did my nails said it was because my nails were allergic to the glue I used (I had applied them myself) I'm not sure if this is true, since I've done it before and when I went to another nail salon my nails looked perfect. The other hand the woman was so friendly and we had a real conversation, I liked that. I will see how my nails come out when I go somewhere else and then update this review. The nail salon has absolutely no ambience, if thats important to you.

I came yesterday for a pedicure and full set. So far the highest price I have ever seen for a gel toe polish is $25 added on to the base pedicure. I went with regular polish. Was there an hour more. Left with my slides on. When about two hours after that I noticed my one foot with polish all over the place. I went in today to get the gel on and it's still a $25 dollar charge! F that! I even tipped them yesterday. 25$. I should have got the gel and gave them nothing. Lesson learned!

Very dissapointed in Jay Nails. They usually do a good job and I won't deny that but only when they are slow. I asked for a specific tech because I found someone I like and who took there time. Im not picky or anything. Ill use someone else but that was not an option. I called before arriving to see if she was available and got a dry answer and was told they didn't take appointments which was new to me. Then he hung up before I even finished asking any questions. LOVED COMING HERE!!! I received great service and they were super professional. I usually feel super nervous going into nail salons but it was a great atmosphere and I felt really comfortable. My nails look amazing and my pedicure felt great. I checked reviews before I came, and they were 100% spot on! 5 Star Experience! I will definitely come back regularly (:

Today I had a pedicure and manicure with Nate - he did an exceptional job and I was super pleased. This was the first time I had visited Jay Nail Spa and I will definitely come back. Great pedicure and very thoughtful and skilled employees. So glad we came. Very clean and calm environment, large selection of nail polish and they have wine!! Clean, bright, well staffed and the massage chairs are to die for!! They go the extra mile and are really kind and attentive. Will definitely come back next time I am in town!

I rated this salon with 3 stars because I am neutral about my visit. It seemed like a typical nail salon...nothing special. My pedicure was mediocre as I have had better and worse. But, I feel like it could have been slightly better and it was on the lower end as far as good pedicures go. Some salons tend to focus more on things like the leg massage and fragrant scrubs.
