Walls are super thin but the floor is even thinner. The guy above me stomps wherever he goes, I always know what room he is in. He is disrupting my work and waking me up every day. I have to put earmuffs indoor. I am getting no peace and the office staff is not solving the problem.

Do not move-in! My partner and I moved-in earlier this year despite reading reviews the the property management company was terrible. It was less expensive and the apartment itself was decent, so we did. There are too many complaints for one review, but chief among them are that they made errors in billing multiple times, they didn't respond to service requests for weeks, they told us there was "nothing they could do" about noise complaints and then stopped responding all together even after I sent them a video of wall-rattling music being played by our neighbor after midnight. Then, most recently

I have lived here for nearly three years and I love it here. The staff and management are nothing short of stellar. Knowledgeable, professional and kind. The maintenance crew are super friendly and lighting fast. I would recommend this place to anyone. Keep up the good work!!

Management changed three times over 4 years of living there. The second team even lost my original lease and tried to charge me more. Thin walls, you can hear everything. My upstairs neighbor liked to play the drums from 12:00 am to 4:00 am and management did little to help when I complained about the noise. There is also a lot of outside noise from the Park and Ride. Location is great but the building and "amenities" for the price is not worth it. Gym is tiny and was closed for almost a full year due to flooding and the Great Room used to be free to rent out but then they started charging residents

This review is of my stay that started in Jan 2020 and ended a year later.
The first floor flooded due to a sprinkler malfunction (around feb.) but the staff handled it as best as they could. Then when the pandemic hit during the renovations they reached out and told people they would accommodate as best as they could during financial uncertainty. This to me speaks volumes of the staff. Idk about people talking about management change, I never noticed it.
Nevertheless, it is pretty loud on the side to the bus stop but honestly what else would you expect from being in front of the bus stop. Maybe

I toured Kirkland Crossing, and Katy was very helpful with answering my questions and managed to find me a shorter lease period, which was awesome (they generally do 12-16 month leases, I'm told). The units and amenities are very nice, though I can see noise being a problem in some units with the Park and Ride so close. I didn't end up signing a lease here for unrelated reasons, but I'd definitely recommend touring and inquiring if you're looking for an apartment in the Bellevue / Kirkland area.

Management cares ZERO about Customer Satisfaction. My apartment hadn't been cleaned on my move in date and the manager said that I told her too late because maintenance had already left (noon-2pm).
The manager will ignore your emails and maintenance requests take a long time to be completed. They need to hire staff, 2 guys can't do it all.
The carpet in my room has a bad odor even after they sprayed it with enzymes it didn't remove the odor and Mgmt won't replace it nor do anything about it.
Here they never clean the windows.
You'll see cops mostly at night but even during the day, I've seen

Visited the property yesterday with my son. Toured with Katie, her bubbly and professional personality I wanted this to be The apartment complex for my son. Katie spoke highly of the other staff in the office making me feel secure. That his needs would be met always. Unfortunately, He will not be moving here due to a commute. But I wanted the world to know how amazing the staff community looked presented itself. If you're in town and need a good laugh and want to look at some great Apartments go visit. Katie at Kirkland Crossing.

The busses out here need to be timed better in Portland busses are supposed to give a grace time once arrived at their stations. So people can transfer to other busses to meet their deadline. Not here as soon as it shows up they load or Unload and take off Well aware their are other buses where people might need to transfer.

Since new management took over, this place has gone downhill. The manager tried to charge fees that were not part of the lease, which is illegal. Work orders don’t get done, dirty hallways don’t get cleaned, and trash rooms don’t get cleared out. At one point, the only elevator to the roof was broken down for over a month....
It’s a shame because the location and apartments are actually pretty nice, but management does not make it worth living here.
