I went there to remove my acrylic and gel and the lady started to cut the nails and instead cut my finger a little and it started to bleed! Then she tried to remove the acrylic with a nail extension forcing it to come off and it was painful and she broke a couple nail tips as well! Eventually she charged me for $27!!!! Just for an awful acrylic removal!!!!

First and last time coming here. The ladies are nice but the one with the short hair was running around like a chicken with its head cut off not knowing what she was doing. And then the other older lady was digging into my toe so bad it started to bleed and I told her it hurt and she can stop and she was like no it needs more work and I just had to embrace the pain till I said enough is enough. The paint job for the nails were both crappy too. I should have left the moment she pulled out the dremel to remove the regular nail polish from my toes .

This was a very disappointing experience. I don't think she had any experience doing dip. She was very condescending and very rude to me when I told her the color was wrong. She also hit my cuticles and when I said that it hurt she told me no it didn't. I had a very unpleasant time here and would not come back.

Came here with my mother and sister to get our nails done before my sisters bridal shower and bachelorette. We got a deluxe pedicure package that was heavenly but unfortunately was not worth the price tag. Literally 2 days after our pedicures were already chipped, as well as my sisters gel manicure. I've come here before and had been happy but will not be coming back after how much we paid and how short the pedicure and manicures lasted for the cost. Very disappointed, especially since I was the one who recommended the place.

Very rarely do I write reviews, but in this case I need to. I went here for the first time to get a gel manicure and pedicure. While the pedicure was fine the lady doing my manicure was quick and forceful/aggressive especially during the filing and cutting. A treatment that was suppose to be enjoyable, landed up me being in pain the whole time. 5 hours later and one of my finger nails is severly bruised. Hopefully it is not permanent damage.

Got my brows done there and was very dissatisfied. It was very rushed. The eyebrows look fine, but the wax was very hot and they didn't give me any aloe or skin soother when they were done. My skin felt like it was on fire! They also left wax in my hair and pretended like it never happened. It looks like they do a good job with nails, but as far as waxing is concerned I don't think I will get that done there again.

If there's an option of 0 zero stars that's what I'll rate this place,I had my nails done full set on Friday the 5th, this lady cut me 3x she kept on pulling my hands after I told her you cut me 3x why in such a hurry??she didn't fill my nails with acrylic correctly I kept telling her my nails will get water inside,she didn't listen the manager was there she didn't care at all. Such poor customer service,been getting my nails done for x amount of years and we just moved in the area and wanted to find my new nail place this place definitely ain't the one,wouldn

I can’t say enough about this place! They are super clean and very attentive! I am super picky with my nails, but Natalie does an excellent job EVERY time! She always makes time for me and does an amazing job on my nails! At the end of every session she gives the best hand and arm massage.. oh so pampered!

Came here to get pampered with my Mom. I got a gel manicure. The lady was very friendly so I over looked the fact that she cut me while trimming the cuticles. However I'm very disappointed that after 4 days my gel manicure is already chipping and peeling off multiple fingers. If I wanted chips in less than a week I would have paid half the price for a regular manicure. Won't be coming back here again.

My daughter loves this place sooo much! This is her second time coming and both times she asked for a very specific design and both times they did an AMAZING JOB. Generally I don't leave reviews but this was exceptionally good service, everyone was so sweet and put lots of effort into the nails. 10 out of 10 recommend.

Highly recommend!

Traffic could be a hastle in this parking lot, make sure you come a little early if you have an appointment.

I would have rated this shop 5 stars before Nov 2016..In Nov.. I made am appt with gnoc for my birthday... when I showed up.. she was not there.. they said oh sorry she went home for the day... and no one else was available.. second time I came in two hours before closing they said they didn't have enough staff..everyone went home for the day.. the next time I went in they sat me with another nail tech.. my nails were uneven and not neat at all she was very nice though.. here I am in here again after waiting 15min they ask me to come back and three ppl sitting around doing nothing.. the lady said
