I absolutely recommend Tammy. She takes her time doing a quality job which is very important and rare to find. 5 stars for Tammy and the receptionist.

The current receptionist they have is very polite and sweet. Great customer service.

I've only had one bad experience with another lady here (dont know her name) She talked me out of what I wanted which was long nails. The manicure came out bulky and patchy... the service felt rushed. So definitely request your manicurist!

I recently moved near this area and wanted to find a nail salon to be my regular go-to spot, and I think this is it! Everyone was so friendly and efficient, and I really appreciated their attention to detail. I made an appointment online and it was super easy. They had plenty of nail color options to choose from.

Go and see Tammy she is fantastic she is an absolute professional and takes care of you 100% she did a little trim leaving my hair even, love how my hair looks is perfect, the salon is friendly and cozy, and who can complain about a glass of champagne while your color is sitting ? I took my mother in law here for mani pedis and we both had a great experience! They gave us tea to drink which I really enjoyed. We both got gel manicures and regular pedicures. My nail polish on my hands tend to start to peel from the bottom very easily when I get gel but this did not happen after this manicure and it's been almost 2 weeks. I love my Christmas themed nails!
The pedicure was very relaxing, I really enjoyed the massage and my feet felt so soft after.
My mother in law asked if she could get acrylics in her toes instead of regular and they said no because there wasn't

I had previously gone to another awful salon where they messed up my nails and cut me badly so I decided to try roseship nails since seeing the good reviews they had. Scheduled the appt online and first off they were super nice because I had to reschedule the time and they were able to which I greatly appreciated. Loved my nail techs , Julie was nice and skillful ; I showed her the design I wanted and it came out great , loved it :) She was patient , actually both of them were considering I was their last customer of the day . This place is so so. I would not go back.
Disappointed that the gel color for my nails didn't match the toe nail color, even though they had combined the gel and regular polish and said that they were a match. Of course my fault for not noticing until after I left. Just make sure the colors truly match.

Seriously THE BEST nail salon experience in my life. I've lived in the Bay Area for over 6 years now and into Rosehip was the best decision ever. Michelle did my gel nails and she was amazing!! She is very friendly, gentle, and sweet. She gave me the gel nails of my dreams!! Perfect shape AND colour I was looking for. My mom came in for a haircut and blow dry and Tammy was so welcoming and funny. She made us laugh so much. Time flew by so quickly cause we were entertained the whole time. My usual nail place was booked so I called this salon for a last minute mani & pedi. They were able to accommodate me fairly quickly. The ladies that work here are so sweet and friendly. They mad me feel comfortable and relaxed. The salon is very clean and quaint. This salon is a couple of blocks from my house, so I will return again some time.

I happened upon this place as I was looking for a shampoo and blow dry! To my surprise Tammy does it all. From hair to nails she is absolutely the best! This is a beautiful salon with friendly staff and it is very affordable and safe during Covid-19. Tammy, I'll see you in a few weeks for my fill!

Never come here. They are islamophobic and completely unprofessional. I did gel nails but there was a bump so I asked if they could fix it but they kept telling me my nail was bumpy. They eventually fixed it and it wasn’t my nail that was the issue it was their service. Don’t waste your time coming here.

Tracey did an acrylic full set with a natural gel color! She was extremely gracious and accommodating. It took about 50 minutes to complete this set. Strongly suggested!

This place was everything I wanted today!! So good! Today I got both a manicure and a pedicure. My manicure was done by The Lovely Mrs. Heather and The Beautiful Mrs. Lynn. They were both so nice. At first I thought they were just being nice because it was my first time coming to this place, but, as I sat and listened to the other staff talk to every customer on the phone and the way they greeted each person that walked through the door, I was impressed by their customer service skills. They were sweet to everyone, not just myself.
Oh and don’t get me started on the massage! Hands down the best

Found this spot in 2019 and came here pretty regularly as it was amazing! Clean, super friendly service, until COVID shut everything down. I loved it, but came back recently with 2 guests and it was very disappointing. Literally no personality of the people working there. We even tried to spark some conversation and literally no response from them. Also, we had reservations and we were probably their first appointments BUT someone just warmed up their meal containing fish sauce (super not the spa smell I was hoping for). Maybe new owners?? MOST of the staff were very cheerful and kind. I made an appointment for me and my 15 year old daughter to get manicures and pedicures before a vacation. Just simple gel polish nothing else. There was only two women there at the time that could communicate in English so they knew what we wanted. I have gone to this nail spa several times and was happy with all my services. I have never really thought about it when the nail techs talk in their native language. The last time I was there, there was a conversation happening, then in English all of a sudden the employees started taking about how Americans need to learn to tip and “In America nothing is free”. I’m confident it wasn’t directed at me because I usually tip 20%. I will add that after the shut down I had to get a new job and an $8 an hour pay cut. To shame people about a non-mandatory tip is simply TACKY! Manners are international

Loved my experience at Rosehip! This was my first visit to the nail spa since Covid hit over a year ago. The spa was very clean, they took our temperatures and the plexiglass shields made me feel safe. Also loved the nail design by Natalie!

I want to start off by saying that I’m not fond of leaving reviews but this one is EXTREMELY worth it! Today wasn’t my first visit but it was the greatest one indeed. The first few times were mani/pedi and they have always impressed me with their excellent customer service. They even ask if you want coffee, tea, or water. Just like in flights! I had to get my lashes done as I walked in, and walked out with fabulous ones indeed! Carrie is a professional and we talked a lot about her passion in this industry. Carrie had the lightest hands, you wouldn’t even notice she started her work already

As for Tammyaje is so friendly and kind. Who is the first time I've been there and I asked her to match a color close to what I was looking for and right away she found the perfect match my hair looks perfect and it took less time then one of my other hairdressers used to take like five hours. Anyhow I highly recommend her so if you go in there please recommend me as a reference and let her know that so maybe you can get some type of deal thank you

I have been to Rose hip a few times and they have all been great experiences. The staff is friendly and the owner and her daughter are just such down to earth people. I love talking to them. Every time I see them they make me feel so welcome.
My very recent visit was during SIP. Everything was clean. The staff kept their distance and wiped down everything in between each customer.
Before Rosehip I went to several other nail salons. I was never satisfied until I found this place. They have stayed consistent.

Just got a manicure pedicure during COVID on 8/14, they have adjusted their salon to being outside and did a FANTASTIC job. I had Tee and Elle work on me and they were both so kind and professional.

They need the business more than ever right now so please give them a chance!!

I was looking for nail salons near my house and was debating between going to this one vs another popular one nearby. Decided on this one because they have 15% off on Wednesdays and Thursdays.

I had my SNS powder dipped nails removed here and opted for gel this time. Karla did my nails and she did a fantastic job and is very friendly. She's very detail oriented and patient. After the top coat dried, she went back with a file and cuticle scissors to make sure my nails are a nice shape and no dead skin.

The SNS powder nails removal was pretty easy too. Nails were perfectly fine after removal

My friends and I decided to get our nails done after work and coming to this place was our first time. The owner, Natalie, was super nice when we came in and even offered us beverages that were complimentary.

At first the scent from the acrylics were a bit strong, but after awhile I got used to it. I've been to many nail salons before but Rosehip Nail Spa knocks customer service out of the park. They were so kind, patient, and considerate with what nail colors we wanted. I came in yesterday and Heidi microbladed my eyebrows. I came in today and she did my nails! I am super happy with both! Heidi did an amazing job!

Excellent service, walk-ins accepted but recommended to call first. Love their powder nail colors. They offer awesome mani/pedis and aren’t too expensive. Leslie, Debbie, and Tracey went above and beyond to give my sister and myself a lovely experience!
