Wish there was a no-star rating. This company refuses to tow a car on your private property. So if someone is parked ON YOUR PRIVATE PROPERTY, this company will not tow. Even though their website says they will. False advertising, and rude employees. Save your breath and don't call this company. Worthless. Call the BBB on this company!

I've dealt w many handy men, towers and locksmiths and NONE have been as knowledgeable, giving, understanding, kind and HELPFUL as Micheal. Got locked out of van and insurance was taking forever so took a whim and got a local locksmith to come. Micheal was quickly there , super fast and full of happiness but also extremely professional. Got me into my car ASAP and even helped me w some other car issues at no cost with a smile as if he was my fair god father - magic!! Highly highly Rec!!!

This is why I moved to San Clemente. I purchased a new "to me" vehicle on Sunday and I left the light on which killed the battery. I contacted the dealer and San Clemente Towing showed up quickly. Michael not only helped me but told me if I broke down again he would quickly come and help me making me feel much more supported in case I need more help. This type of service is remarkable and I was so blessed to have such great service.

Had them come out to help with a window in my rear seat that wouldn't go up. I had tugged up on it a couple times before hand while pushing the window button up. Basic trouble shooting. I already did this and had said over the phone, I was hoping for them to use some kind of jig to pull up the window at least, was told to just put a garbage bag over it until I can take it to a mechanic. I was told over the phone they would be able to help out with the window and asked to speak to the guy to make sure I wasn't wasting my money and their time by having them come out. Basically paid 50$

Had some issues with my battery, well so I thought. Used my roadside asst and got connected to Mike (Micheal). He did the basic jump routine and nothing. He checked the connections and nothing. I was expecting him to give up and "too bad so sad not my problem" like so many others. However, he pulled out a list of trouble shooting methods from tapping the starter, rolling the Jeep back and fourth, turning the electronics on/off and boom! The ol'97 Wrengler started right up. He devoted more time than expected. Truly a humble and great man.

I want to say thank you to Nick at San Clemente tow. After sitting on the 5 Frwy by Camp Pendleton with nothing around at night for almost 3 hours waiting for Roadway Tow who never showed up. Nick got there within 20 min after a call from CHP. Thank you again for getting me home safe and sound.

The towing technician was a complete idiot who tried raising the quoted amount of 125$ to 200$. He drove the distance of 1 block to the auto shop. And explains his price hike as he had to use "special tools". Meaning he had to use a jack. Dont use them you'll think it's a joke. And I won't remove this review so dont ask.

I have to saw, blowing a tire in the freeway in our RV was terrifying but the guys with San Clements Towing came to the rescue.
At first it was hard enough finding someone who would come out and help up put a spare on our 27 ft dully at 8 PM but once we called San Clemente, not only were they willing to help but the owner came out and made sure the driver had back up.
We blew an interior tire in the back so they had to remove 2 big tires just to get started. Due to the age and style, a brittle valve broke when trying to get the spare in place and even though it was close to 10 pm, the guys

The best service ever! I thank you from the bottom of my heart! We thought we had a locking lug but problem, and we called SC towing to come save us. They had me send a pic and then told me the tire was just rusted on and he walked me through getting it off. So we are a little embarrassed but supremely grateful.

Driving through San Clemente I got a screw stuck in my tire. Michael was more than helpful in getting me back on the road in no time.
