I made it back home. I was going to another nail salon because it was closer to my house. I was being lazy because Sassy's is only 4 miles away. I took one bad experience at the other spot and I just missed Sassy's. Why because no matter how basic I want my nails they make sure I get the best care. Kevin is awesome. Now I finally got a pedicure since my foot surgery. That's how much I love them because I was very skeptical about people touching my foot since my surgery about 2 years ago. I got my nails done here for the first time bc I was in my friends neighborhood at the time and had some time to kill before meeting up. The nails they did started lifting close to the quick within a week. I had been out of town and went in as soon as I could to let them know. I just wanted them to file it down to prevent any water from getting under there and causing infection. No big deal. The nail tech first challenged whether I had my nails done there. I took my 6-year old here and we both got pedicures and our nails done. I chose the Deluxe pedicure and the basic pedicure for my daughter. I also chose a basic manicure for my daughter and dip nails for myself.
The staff was very nice the entire time we were there, and offered us drinks and interacted with my daughter. However, the whole process was so rushed. My tech raced through my pedicure but I let it go since she did a good job.

I've only been to this nail shop twice. The first visit I was treated really nice by one of the nail technicians and she did a decent job on my toes. However the second visit wasn't to good. My friend and I came on a Sunday (I forgot they close early) to get our toes done. We came about 1 hour before they closed and the front desk lady said there was no issue and we could definitely get our toes done before they closed. While my friend and I were seated the ladies doing our nails didn't seem too happy. They got started on my friends toes immediately and I sat waiting for the water

I walked in and thr lady was just sitting in the way back, I couldnt tell if she was a customer or someone who worked there. She didn't get up from the chair I could barely hear here. Customer service definitely a 0. But they did do a good job . I wont be back strictly because of the customer service.

Went in for a pedicure for my birthday and the girl grated the bottom of my big toe and it kept bleeding for like 20 minutes and she kept putting antiseptic on it and it burned like crazy as did the hot water she put it in. This isn't the first time
this has happened. A pedicure is supposed to be relaxing not painful. Still hurts to walk on it the day after.

I have been going to Sassy Nails for many years. I get a pedicure about once a month. I have never had a bad experience there, not once. I've read some other reviews that have given a low rating due to bad service and it seems odd that I've never experienced this. I highly recommend Sassy Nails to anyone needing their services.

I have a lot of friends who go to sassy nails so I thought I would try it out. Called and made an appointment for the next day and they said they confirmed my time. The next day rolls around and I call early in the morning to see if my friend could also come in for services. The woman on the phone confirmed both my appointment and to add her as well. Come in and the front desk woman says she doesn't have me down for an appointment even though I had called the day before and also the day of. I called ahead to see if someone was available to do a polish change on my toes. They assured me that they were not busy so I came right in. I arrived and there was only one customer. FOUR women were sitting on pedicure chairs, playing on their phones. They were clearly irritated that I arrived and expected them to actually WORK. I am so disappointed in their service. I don't think getting my nails and pedi done is just for the looks but to feel pampered and to destress. The technician working on me was impolite and rather condescending. I don't want to pay money to feel that I'm being treated poorly. I really wished this place would be my go-to salon but def think I can find one that treats all customers (of all race and age range and services receiving) equally.

I just moved to the area. Ann did a superb job on my pedicure, taking over one hour for a very thorough job.
The chairs are comfortable and they even have kiddie pedicure chairs that your little girls will love.
My legs have never felt more hydrated.
The use of the tub liner is important to me for sanitation purposes and thankfully, sassy uses them.

Today I came to this salon to get my eyebrows done. I have been here a number of times for this same treatment and am usually able to get in and out in less than 20 minutes with no appointment. This was also the case today. I had a 'clean up' of my eyebrows done. However, the skin underneath my right eyebrow started to burn only after 2 minutes post wax. I know that the wax job done on this brow will make my skin scab.

This is my favorite nail salon in town. The staff is always so friendly and accommadating. The owner is super nice and friendly and she remembers who you are. She makes the time to stop by and say hi when I'm in. I never have to wait when I make an appointment ahead of time. It's always easy to make an appointment here at the salon. They have lots of colors to choose from. SNS, Gel, Regular Polish, something for everyone.

Did a great job cleaning up cuticles and shaping my nails. However, when it came time to paint my nails; yikes. The polish was so thick, seemed like it was nearing the end of the bottle. Layers were so thick that when she said they should be dry, it wasn't. So 2 of my nails scrapped off. The lady at the front was like.. " uhh I guess I can fix them
