I’ve tried this place 3 times and have been let down each time. This last experience prompted me to write a review.
Pricing has increased (pretty normal) but services are less. I went for a SNS manicure and despite the higher price, it was a horrible job. Nails were all cracked within a couple of days. Also, she did no manicure beyond the powder (no trimming of cuticles, lotion and massage of hands afterward).
In fact she abruptly left without much acknowledgement that she was done. I had red powder still caked on my hands and she simply walked away.
The pricing for a kids mani/pedi was comparable

Always a top notch experience at Lavish. My boyfriend, David, and I have been coming here for years and we wouldn't go anywhere else. The staff, including the insanely nice owners, always do a fantastic job and are extremely accommodating. They remember regulars and match you up with who does the best at what you want.
I used to do acrylic tips with SNS but switched to gel recently instead based on the recommendation of one of the technicians and it fits my habits SO much better.
They have elots of yummy drinks to choose from and a never ending choice of colors. The massage chairs go hard

I’m always treated with respect and feel important at Lavish! They are very clean and provide amazing service. I drive from another town just to get my nails done here. 10/10 would recommend, but I’m scared to because I don’t want them to get tooo entirely busy ;)

I'm really bummed because I thought I found the perfect nail place. I went there about a month ago for a pedicure and loved it so much. They did a wonderful job. So I booked an appointment for today along with 2 other guests with me. The gentleman that helped me kept filing my cuticle on my left big toe which stung when other chemicals were needed or when I had to put my foot back in the water. Then he didn't completely remove the old gel polish and painted over it instead on my right big toe. So now the new paint is elevated and not smooth. My last complaint is that he did not use all the tools

However, they cut my real nails WAY too fast, and added the acrylic extension in less than 20 minutes, no personal care given whatsoever for the real nail before applying the fake nail. Exactly a day and a half later, the nails look further away from the cuticle already. (They looked like that right after the service as well, and now it's worse.)

Went in on Thursday September 2nd for a pedicure and dip. Walked out very satisfied! Thought I had finally found the nail salon for me! But noticed on Saturday, September 4th that my nails were starting to crack, and break! And it’s just gotten worse as the days have passed. Which is unfortunate! I had read reviews before going in to try them out. I loved their selection of colors and my tech did a wonderful job on my toes and nails, they just have not lasted! Everyone there was very nice and the place was very clean, so it’s very unfortunate that the quality of products falls short!

I’ve been here before and had no problems but I’m not sure what happened this time. Whatever bubbling up is happening is a first so I’m not sure if it’s something I did or my nails tech but this has never happened before. Considering you’re spending over $100 to get gel that’s supposed to last is kind of upsetting. Not to mention the whole conversation that happened in front of my face between my nail tech and some other girl who worked there. Talking in whispers as if I can’t hear them and looking to see if I’m listening. Don’t know the language but I know I’m not a fan of

I took my mom for Mother's Day at the spa for pedicures the lady she did her pedicure did spend time in off on her pedicure she didn't even massage her feet I asked for a deep massage on her feet but she just forgot to do it as she was talking to her friends all the entire time and she didn't take any of Calluses and Cuticles.
A day after I called to complain about it ,they didn't make me satisfy or they didn't offer me for a refund of my money, they just offered me 15% off my next treatment these people are. Stealing clients money I

I would give the best review for their services, specifically for Tifanni. However the customer treatment from the person in the picture attached is the worse.
This is the third time it happens to me, i think she is the owner's wife.
Today I made a reservation at 11 am for my mani to be done at 6 pm. I arrived at 5:55 and i am assigned this lady, she let me in water for 25 minutes and continued like nothing cleaning chairs. I stopped in for a regular manicure and left disappointed. I asked that she not take a lot of length off and well, she did. I get the language barrier but if you don't understand the customer it is best that one asks again. The paint is pretty sloppy and uneven and I have a lot of cuticles that aren't as soft as when I got to US nails down the street (by Redhorn). It's also $7 more for a regular manicure here.

So I want to start by saying my friends nails were done be a very nice gentleman and they did an amazing job on hers. I unfortunately had a different experience... my nails were really uneven and the woman seemed very rushed. I don't want to judge the establishment as a whole as they were very cautious with handling the whole COVID situation however, after paying $97 I am a little disappointed... my pedicure was good though.

Tony is the best!! He takes his time taking care of my nails, is very attention to detail, and his massage is awesome. This nail salon is by far the best I've been to - quiet and relaxing atmosphere and everyone is super nice. I just hate going to a nail salon that is loud and noisy. Highly recommend!

I could not have been more pleased with my service at Lavish Nails & Spa. I walked in at 5 pm
on October 21, with no appointment and in desperate need of a pedicure. I have a medical condition that cause severe neuropathy and my feet were in terrible shape. I had a appointment the following morning (today) with a new foot doctor and would have been mortified for the doctor to see my feet in such bad shape. Nancy was my Pedicurist and she did a fantastic job! What was bone dry and cracked had been transformed to baby soft and supple. I've had many pedicures over the years but this was

I have been growing my nails out for a wedding I'm standing up in. Went in today for an SNS manicure to ensure my nails will be strong and long for the wedding in two weeks. Tiffani asked if I wanted my nails "cut to the same length," to which I replied yes. SHE CUT MY NAILS DOWN TO NUBS and then tried to upsell me tips!!!

I am blown away at how awesome this place is! First, everyone is extremely nice. As I was struggling to decide on my color Tina helped me decide without making me feel rushed. The massage chairs for the pedicures are on another level than other places.
The classic pedicure is $30 and delux is $40. I upgraded to delux and it was so worth it. I'm not sure exactly but I think she massaged me for over 20 minutes. The lotion used was warmed which added a nice touch. I've never experienced such great service.
I can't wait to come back again!

We finally made it out here. Some of my friends came here of a pedicure and get our feet pampered. We made an appointment as we were a large group but still some ppl from our party had to wait as they take walk ins and they weren't finished by the time we arrived.
But never the less the little wait, I was very impressed on their large selection on nail polish, beautiful interior design and comfortable massage chairs. I also appreciate that they use plastic liners for their tub which makes it feel so much cleaner to dip in your feet.

This is a convenient spot to get my nails done. My favorite thing about this place is the massage chairs, which are nicer than the ones I've had in most other salons. They do a nice job with basic polish and they're very friendly. I can't comment on acrylics or gel as I haven't had that done there. They also have really cute kid-sized Frozen-themed little girls' pedicure chairs, which I think is adorable.
