My 3 friends and I made an appointment at 12pm for a mani and pedi on Christmas eve. We got here at 11:45pm and were told to wait for 20 minutes because they double booked. We waited, while 2 other people came after us and they immediately attended to them, because according to the lady managing the place on Christmas Eve, i believe her name was Tammy, when they made their appointment they had requested for specific people. Nonsense! So we sat and waited for over an hour and 15 minutes and nothing. This place has no regard for people's time. They really don't care whether you have an appointment

I've been going here for over 4 years and the Techs are all fantastic! When I first started going Martin was my nail tech, then Jackie and I've been going to her since! She's the best and always brings my ideas for my nails to life perfectly! I've shared just a few of my favorite designs but wish I could've shared them all! Tammy does my pedicures and definitely has an eye for perfectly matching the toe polish to my dipped nails. I love this salon and they will continue to have my business! My daughter has even started going to Jackie for her nails!

I've been going to this shop for years and never once was I completely satisfied. recently I went in practicing for my wedding, they had me there for about 4 hours and it was awful. the tech had no clue what… she was doing on a simply gel set. she got frustrated and the owner had an attitude. I had seen this happen before last time going there. while I was there 2 other people fought them about their nails as well. never again, look at Yelp my complaint is just like everyone else's

Everyone here is so lovely and talented. I’ve been to see Ly three times now, and she’s truly an artist!
The new renovations are super cute, the massage chairs are AMAZING and I just really love coming here. My only recommendation would be to call ahead and even make a reservation because they’re popular so they do get pretty busy!

When you come into the salon you feel like you are at home. The establishment is beautiful and the staff there is wonderful. Tammy is my nail tech and I have so much fun with her every time I visit. Jackie, Lee, and Tammy are all beautiful and amazing women. They know each of their customers by name and give the best service ever. The other thing I love about this place is that they are always well dressed and professional. Best place in Austin ❤️

My neighbors recommended this place to get my nails done for the first time every in my entire life. Wanted stilettos and I got that, she did beautiful with the shaping. But I brought in the picture on the left and walked out with the results on the right. I asked her if she needed to see the picture again after she started and she said she got it down already so I decided to trust the process. Might wear these for awhile but I probably won’t get my nails done in a salon again, kinda bummed out. Overall the place was clean and everything was Covid safe.

I love how welcoming everyone is. 1st time I came as a walk in for a pedicure and didn't wait lomg at all. Jade was great then and again today. Was here only one time before and Tammy remembered my daughter was getting married. She and Jade helped me decide how to do nails when I showed them my dress and I love the outcome! And I love how they have redesigned the place!

They always do a wonderful job at Blossom on my mani & pedi. Trust me, I’m very picky! My daughter & I have be been going for over 4 years. Jackie the owner is very professional & friendly. She has made all the accommodations for covid, I felt very safe. The location is also very good, off Parmer & 45 toll.
