Well, I walked in at 9:40am. I was advised if I had an appointment, which I replied no. The lady told me it was a 10 minute wait. I understood, so I sat down to wait. There were 2 other people waiting asked of me. 4 other ladies walked in after me. I was moved from the waiting area to a manicure seat. The 4 women behind me were already being helped, then I look at my watch I've been there for 35 minutes and no one has acknowledged me at all. All I can say is WOW! While the wait was long it was so worth it. The place is pretty inside and the staff are professional even when super busy. My nails are so sharp they could cut a man and I love it. The design is amazing and exactly what I wanted. And look how cute that little reindeer is!!! Absolutely amazing and this will be my new nail spot. Can't wait to go back and get more done

So I am not one to make nasty reviews, but after the past experience I have had, I figured it needed to happen. I am not at all satisfied with this salons quality of work or professionalism. I went in getting a very simple set of acrylic nails, and not even 24 hours later the paint was peeling and 2 nails had already completely broke. I am not a very active person so when this happened I was shocked! I came in a few days later asking for it to be fixed and was treated as if I was a burden. I came here and showed what I wanted. I wanted the ring nail like one of the designs shown in the picture. I was never told how long I needed my nails to get it. Apparently my nails weren't long enough. But I really felt like she was rushing to get me done. I did not like it at all. They charge you like 5 dollars more for this and it's not even what you asked for. It was my second time coming here and I think I better find another salon. Really bad experience. I've been to Bamboo multiple times and have usually had a pleasant experience. For this reason, I decided to come in on my birthday and bring my mom & sister from out of town along with my 10 y.o. daughter. It's been a while since I had a pedicure and I wanted a nice relaxing treat for my birthday. We were rushed to our seats with no option to pick colors or even a "hi, hello, how are you?, thanks for coming in" etc. Once seated I had to request a menu and we were not offered drinks or anything. We got 4 pedicures: 3 basic ($28), 1 deluxe for me ($37) and I got my eyebrows

It was VERY expensive - I overly paid for what I wanted but I was at their mercy since they already started on my nails before telling me the cost.
They did an amazing job but I had to beg for what I wanted. Most nail salons can do anything without you telling them how it's actually possible for them to do. Even 2 male workers said yes but 2 ladies were like no not possible Then they were willing to do my design but only their way . I had to ask several times explaining it before they agreed to do it the way I wanted. smh

I've been trying to find my nail salon since I've moved from south Austin and I believe I found my place. Great customer service, friendly staff. The nail tech that I had today NAILED the inspo pic I brought with me, if I had any recommendations ask for BlingBling. Yes, that is his name. Yes, he is that great!

I just went to Z Nails, up the street, 2 days ago they messed up my nails so badly that I had to get them redone. Since they offered to redo them but it was such a painful (physically) experience that I'll just lose that money. I came here!
They had to cut off 8 of my nails because of how bad they were. But they still made them look beautiful and made me feel confident again. Thank you!

My daughter convinced me to stray from our nail shop. She said nail sets at Bamboo are $45 for solar/glitter nails. She goes in with Mom and it's $70, upon checkout it's $75 without tip. Yes she did have acrylic nails on. $10 for acrylic soak off so $55-60 total? Was I overcharged? The front desk had no reason other than the soak off. Clear sparkle nails are cute but not the misinformation from their site to the checkout register, without explanation. Email sent to management but no response.

This establishment was clean and tidy. I came in being greeted by the front desk and was able to helped right away with me and my girlfriend. The environment was filled with customers being catered too either mani or pedis. I opted for the deluxe mani and pedi me! Bath ice cream, it was quite the experience.

I really appreciated the experience. Great nail techs, wonderful personalities, very courteous, a great atmosphere, a beautifully designed salon, yet the nails themselves were subpar. They were very flat with hardly any arch on the apex, however only one nail came off a week after getting them done. The rest have lasted me since the 22nd of April. So overall the nails could be better themselves but a great experience!

I have been coming to here for about 6 months now and I LOVE this place!! My boyfriend enjoys the pedicures with me which are well priced and we have yet to have a tech who didn't do a good job! I also come here to get my SNS Dip Powder Manicure but I only use Lucas. He's great technically and artistically. If you ask for assistance in color choosing he won't hesitate to give his opinion and he handles my nails with great care. First time at this salon and it is evident that they are doing everything in their power to keep their clients and their employees safe. I appreciated the partitions they had between the nail tech and client, and the distancing they allowed between each client in there as well. Incredibly clean, and my nails came out a dream. My coworker has been getting her nails done at Bamboo Nails & Spa for a while now and she highly recommended MINDY!! I called to book an appt with her and I am NOT sorry!!! She did a fantastic job with both my pedicure and manicure. She pays close attention to detail, making sure cuticles were pushed down and trimmed, she cut and shaped my toes and fingernails perfectly. My nail beds are short but she made them look great. I am so pleased with the services she provided me and I will definitely be making the drive from Leander to RR to see her again.
