I broke down at the pilot station across the street from complete towing and repair and the lady at the gas station give me their phone number so I called and the tow truck driver told me to drive across the street and put it on the left Bay so I did wait waiting on him when he got there he was surprised because I only had a little pickup truck he thought I was a big rig truck driver and explained that he didn't know if he could help me but he would try and he managed to fix my coolant problem and get me on my way so I could go visit my Daughter and kids in Alabama for Thanksgiving went straight

Would like to HIGHLY recommend Complete Towing and Repair!!! We pulled in while traveling in our motorhome because of a slow leak in a rear dual tire. Complete was able to take care of our problem in a timely manner and was very considerate with what they charged someone just “passing through” the area. Thanks to everyone involved with getting us back on the road!!! HIGHLY satisfied with Complete’s service!!! The Moore’s from Texas!!

3 Adults and 2 Children broke down along I-71/I-75 in Kentucky during rush hour traffic in 100° weather! My Auto Insurance told me that only 2 could ride in the Cab with the Drive, per Drivers discretion because of COVID possibly leaving children along side the road!
Tow Company made sure Tow Truck was big enough to haul everyone back home to Ohio! I CANNOT EXPRESS ENOUGH HOW MUCH I APPRECIATED THAT!!
I'd give more than 5 stars if I could!

My boyfriend and I went on a road trip from Fort Wayne, IN when his car broke down in Kentucky. We called Complete Towing and in less than half an hour they located us and got the car on the tow. Our driver (Bobby) was kind enough to let us ride up front in his truck all the way from Kentucky back to Fort Wayne (about 5 hours!). Excellent service!
