What is "Thai Massage or Thai Yoga Massage"? is a traditional healing system combining acupressure, Indian Ayurvedic principles, and assisted yoga postures.

The practice of Thai Yoga Massage is said to be thousand of years old. Traditional Thai massage uses no oils or lotions. The recipient remains clothed during a treatment. This is constant body contact between the giver and receiver, but rather than rubbing on a muscles, the body is compressed, pulled, stretched and rocked.

Owen is nothing short of a miracle. I did a 90-min traditional Thai massage. I’ve never been twisted, smooshed and stretched like that before and was AMAZING! I loved it so much that I’m cancelling my membership to Massage Envy and bought a massage for my sister who’s a ball of stress and knots. I highly recommend him. Thanks Owen!
p.s. his place is inside a fitness center which confused me at first, but so glad I found it. Enjoy!

Best massage in KC! I am a tall guy so I get 90 minutes of Deep Tissue/Thai massage. My body has never felt more relaxed and pain free! Owen is the most professional massage therapist around! Will always go back!

I've had 4 wonderful massages by Owen now. He listens well, great pressure, and the stretching is fantastic. I've had table massage, not traditional Thai on the mat, but I want to try that too. His room is really nice, peaceful and relaxing, located inside Lifestyle Fitness.
