The Worst apartments. Do not believe whatever they say.
I am living in this apartment, just remind future tenant:
DO NOT trust whatever they say to you until you put everything on contract.
You need to consider all situation and put every details on contract, in case they want you to pay more money when you move out.

Rowdy environment, always loud in the evenings and throughout the night. Often disruptive tenants. Bikes and scooters are left everywhere where people can trip, it's ridiculous. Unless you want undisciplined children constantly screaming throughout the afternoon and evenings, and loud and rowdy nights, don't live here.

The Worst apartments. They are only after money. They will try to squeeze u as much as they can.
Which ever month u join. They give the leasing only till next june / july. So that u will be either forced to renew lease (during school change season which is a peak pricing) or leave the community and pay for ur moving expenses and get into all stress.

I stayed at Casa Alberta for 1 year. Firstly, for those deciding where to stay, definitely don't go by the very old reviews. The place is under care by Cyd and Brenda who are both awesome and easily available for contact. I once forgot my apartment keys at my cousins place and Cyd woke up in the middle of the night to give me a spare key. The maintenance people are super awesome as well (they even helped me in assembling my furniture!). Things get repaired pretty quickly once you contact them.
In terms of the amenities, the gym is pretty small. I never used it myself. The pool and hot tub are

I've been here five years and love the place. Yes, there are noisy kids. They are kids playing outside, it's what kids do. I have yet to have one of them be disrespectful when they are told they are getting out of hand. Management takes care of all of our requests promptly.
The rent does go up every year, but it's nestled between the corporate headquarters of two of the largest corporations in the world. You shouldn't need a degree in economics to figure it out.

I've lived here for 2 years. It is much better managed than similar properties in the area. There is a solid full-time management and maintenance staff and an onsite manager. My unit was newly remodeled when I moved in and I believe that is true in general in recent years. Everything in the apartment works well, great shower, decent, new appliances, etc. I don't have kiddos myself, but it seems like it would be a great place to be a kid, with lots of young families, friends and the pool. The very negative reviews must be old and relate to previous management. Anything I have asked for has been

Hi
I am living here for few months now, community is good, friendly environment. community is well maintained & nicely located.
Only problem I see is laundry which ask you to have $3.5 in coins, u kidding me. 14 coins for each time I do laundry, for which I have go to bank or safeway to get change which vanishes in no time.and its way too costly. I wish they had laundry cards with which can be very convenient for residents.
The other thing is cars are always parked on the street of entrance which kind of turns into blind spot while going out from the community.I nearly crashed into another car

This place is very basic. The manager heather is not nice she makes you feel like she is the boss and she is worth a lot more than you. Michelle is very nice. Very helpfull and polite. Maintenance people are very nice and helpful as well. No bugs or ants in the complex. Pool is cold even in the summer. People from the near by complex are not freindly. Make sure not to leave your bike outside for the night
