This is a horrible company. I reached out to them both by phone and email and never received a reply. This is unreal. Am I as the prospective client supposed to chase you around so that I can give you my money. I'm know going to work with KLNB in order to find property for my business. People should beware of this company.

Very, Very, Very DISAPPOINTED! Facts does not lie! This is well documented in Exposing Wrongdoings: www.indepthexposure.com - It all speaks for itself! It may be lengthy but there is enough information for it to be observed that there is more going on than meets the eye, patterns of it. Retired address who would have thought that an retired address not used anymore is being used by this landlord, that's in there. A lot going on with different angles on the site to get a broader sense that there is a lot going on here. As our landlord they tried to push us out of our rental with help from

I feel like I could repeat a previous review. We bought a house that was developed and sold by the Menkiti group. They took so long to respond to anything. It started with contract negotiations and continued while under contract. If we didn't love the house so much we would have bailed. If you buy one of their houses, be prepared to wait at least 24 hours before you hear back about anything. They had 5 weeks to address inspection and other items per the contract and were working until an hour before closing to get it done. I will say the construction is well done. They were great getting

We purchased a home from Menkiti Group a year ago and it was an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience, largely due to the fact that MG and its contractors were uncooperative, unresponsive, and unprofessional, starting with their response to our post-inspection repair requests all the way through to the closing process.
Unfortunately, we had to request repeated work to the house, which was a full renovation as a result of poor communication between MG and its contractors as well as MG's apparent lack of willingness to listen to its customer. Work that should have been completed

We sold our house through Menkiti agent Virginia Gergoff last June and had a very good experience. She had valuable suggestions throughout the process, connected us with a handyman and lawn service that helped get our property in great shape, and quickly closed our deal well over our initial asking price. I knew of Menkiti through their civic engagement in the Brookland community and high-visibility online marketing - so glad that we chose to go with them to sell our home.

As a longtime renter in Brookland, I made a deliberate choice to engage Menkiti Group as an agent. Their red signs have been a driving force for developing and putting Brookland/NE on the map in DC development. I am so glad I did. My first time home buying experience with Martin Weldon and Delonte Moore was unparalleled. By the time I decided to buy, I was priced out of Brookland officially but we looked hard at Woodbridge, Riggs Park, and Deanwood. I saw wonderful options in all places and Martin & Delonte helped me understand all my options, gave advise on financing and supported my final

I contacted the Menkiti Group because I am planning to relocate to Washington DC area. They are knowledgeable of the areas and kept my budget in mind. They have emailed me several properties to view. I liked the personal attention I received.I will be traveling to DC see the properties and find my new home.

Menkiti Group helped us buy and sell a home in spring 2016. Our agent, Jen Frewer, was a steady and guiding force for us through both processes. We met with Jen and Mary Hodges for our listing appointment and immediately knew we were in good hands - they know the market and knew exactly what we needed to do to position our home properly. And we had a full-price offer just days after we listed! The sales team hub made the contract-to-close process absolutely seamless. Great experience!
At the same time, we were actively looking for our new home. Jen accompanied us to many listings and provided insight

I only have experience working with Martin Weldon. He was my buying agent.
He was knowledgeable, down to earth, honest, and answered calls, texts and emails, at all hours. Is he perfect? No. We had a difficult transaction, but I've purchased a home multiple times and honestly think he was my favorite yet.
I strongly recommend using him.
