The woman who did my nails was stern and rough with my hands, and my full set was not done well. She sliced open both of my thumbs with the file (ouch!), got my finger pads stuck under the acrylics, didn't remove stray polish from my fingers, and scuffed the side of my nail that I had to repaint myself. She didn't push my cuticles back or use clean utensils, and I was left with uneven nails that I had to re-file at home. It was a rushed job and a terrible experience. I will not be coming back.

These nails were so bad I didn't even want to take a picture of them. I went here for my bridal nails and I couldn't be more disappointed. I got acrylics with gel. Looked horrible right off the bat and a week later half the paint chipped off my pointer finger. Oh and half the place is under construction.

I've been to this salon a few times, and at least 2 times I've been I've seen women come back in to have something fixed from earlier that day.
The last time I went was the final straw and why I will never return. There was only one actual tech there able to do nails. Her assistants prepped everyone while the tech rushed around to everyone to do the actual work.
A young assistant came over to finish taking the old dip off my fingers while I was soaking waiting for the tech to do my pedi. The foil didn't get the dip off very well, so she started scraping it off my nails.

We are first time customers and set an appointment (for pedicures) because we weren't sure if they took walk ins. We got there and were seated to the chairs in the back. We sat there for about 10 minutes before they tended to the water. It was then another 20 minutes before we were tended too. They were busy, overbooked, and understaffed so I understand why they were running behind. One of the lady's started on me first and it was going well. The owner then started on my fiancé but unfortunately only tended to him for a total of 5 minutes. He soaked his feet for 30 and then got a massage

INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Every time I come here, I am not disappointed! The salon is FABULOUS! Vicky and her team are amazing! They are very tedious in their work and always have completed my nails beautifully! This is now the only salon I go to because of the amazing service, the beautiful job, the great music, the massage chairs, and the uplifting environment! Never a dull moment! This salon is fantastic!

I went in looking for a mani and pedi. I waited 40 minutes for her to SPEED through my pedicure. I walked out early because it was painful and the most stressful experience. I really just needed to relax before the holidays and they did a HORRIBLE job. The teenage daughter was running around asking questions and sleeping on the wax table. The people were rude and terrible at customer service. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Terrible terrible job.

If I could give negative stars I would. This was by far the worst nail experience I have ever had. I get my nails done very frequently (probably every 2-3 weeks) and this is just not how it is supposed to go. I went with my friend and we both had gel on when we got there. She put the foil on my friend first and then myself. She walked away and then came back and started taking off my foil even though mine had been soaking for a shorter amount of time than my friend. That was the first weird thing. The second odd thing is that it did not seem as though the cuticle instrument was being sanitized

Not of fan of this place at all. I've been there two times and the first time, the water in the foot bath was WAY too hot and it seemed like I was in the wrong when I asked if the water could not be so hot. The second time, I stood in the front area with my nail color picked out, just to be ignored for 15 minutes. Not impressed.

I took my daughter for a mommy/daughter pedicure. They have a pair of chairs that are sitting together away from the rest of the pedicure chairs- one for mom and one for child. It was so cute. We had great service. My pedicure was really nice, and they were so patient with my 3.5 year old daughter. We will be going back!

My experience was just okay. The lady doing my nails was very forceful with my hands, jerking them around. She also cut me with the drill twice and didn't seem apologetic. I got dip powder & she used a gel top coat on them and put me under the light. I thought the point of getting dip was to not be under the light? I also think it's odd that they sell Rodan + Fields and other products in the salon. Don't plan on going back although my nails look good.

First visit here. Not very friendly. My husband and I walked in and just asked what we wanted which was pedicures. The girl doing my pedicure played on her phone a lot. There was some strange guy hanging around kept distracting her and having her get out her phone. They offer drinks such as wine and then give you a price list. Charges for drinks? I've never been to a nail salon that does that. After my service I had to get their attention from them on phones to pay for my service. The price was a little high. $70 for two pedicures. The parking is good. Plenty of space. It's located in

This salon was previously Glace Nails, where I was a regular and received amazing quality service by the older lady and gentleman that worked there (fyi, Ann is now at Nails & Co. on 161st St. ;). I have been to Greyhound Nails three times since it took over the space. I have never had a service provided. Each time I arrived to find only one or two customers and only the owner working. Each time she greeted me with a coupon for a $5 discount off another visit as she told me she was too busy and couldn't take care of me.

This was my first time at Greyhound Nails, as it was previously another nail salon and I never thought about going in. I called to see if they were open and the owner told me to come in even though the salon was closing. That alone was very nice of her to do, as many people are normally anticipating going home after a long day.
