This salon is the best!!! This is the second dip manicure I’ve gotten from them & it’s amazing! Sorry forgot to rave about the first one. This is the first pedicure & it didn’t disappoint either! All this under $100! I finally found a nail salon that I love!

I was looking forward to relaxing using the Zen Spa gift certificate my husband gave me. I did the "Milk and Honey" pedicure because it sounded so luxurious. Everything was going well until the woman brought out the paraffin. When I stuck my foot in the plastic bag of wax, it was truly all I could do not to scream out in pain. It felt like my foot had been lit on fire. She must have noticed because she said, "too hot?" when she brought the next bag. I said "yes, way too hot." She held the second bag open and slushed the wax around to cool it off for 5-10 sec. and

While visiting Carmel I was able to walk-in for a pedicure and receive immediate service mid-week. Everyone was very polite and did a nice job. There are only 4 pedicure stations but at least a dozen nail stations. Even the basic pedicure included a hot rock massage. I wanted a nice polish job and relaxation which was definitely the end result of my visit.

I needed a quick manicure for an upcoming wedding and booked with Zen Nails after seeing the positive Yelp reviews. I messaged them on Yelp to request an appointment and didn't hear back, so I ended up calling to make an appointment. They got me in within a few days.

The entrance from the parking lot is technically the back entrance, so you have to weave your way to the front of the store, which is a bit confusing. The front desk staffer told me to pick a nail color from the wall and wait for someone to take me for my appointment.

I was a first time customer and I would highly recommend this business! We selected the Milk & Honey Spa Pedicures and we will definitely be going back, again, because the experience was amazing! The Moisturizing Masque was incredible and left your feet feeling so smooth. The Paraffin Treatment was very soothing and the massage with the Hot Stones was relaxing and at a perfect temperature. The techs were professional and kind. We had no issues and the service was timely and exactly as described.

Went first time for signature pedicure and express manicure. Signature pedicure takes between 50-45 minutes, I was told. I sat on the chair at 9:11 and was out of the spa by 9:55 with pedicure and manicure done which includes drying time as well. It was not up to standard. I felt rushed to accommodate more people. Plus the way the technician cut my nails and shaped was kiddish and poor quality. Not worth 56 dollars plus tip. Big waste of time and money. I went there hearing all the reviews but the work performed by all technicians is not consistent with the standards. Not going back there.

I called to make an appointment, and they were able to get me in same day. When I arrived I was greeted and started to pick out my nail color. It was clean and sanitary. Lee did my nails, full set with gel. He did such an amazing job. By far the most gentle nail tech I've hand. Lee has great customer service as well. I will be coming back! Thank you Zen Nails & Spa!

Sandy was phenomenal!!! This has truly been the best nail experience I have had since moving to the Carmel Area!!! I will definitely be back to see her! I got my first dip powder set for my upcoming bridal shower!!

I made an appointment for a pedicure and they were able to fit me in on a last minute Saturday. My nail tech was Li and wow! That was the best pedicure I have had in a long time. I usually don't like getting my cuticles done, but he was very gentle and it didn't hurt at all. I got a signature pedicure with regular nail polish and it came out great! I had the most relaxing time and really loved the massage chairs. I'll definitely become a regular there! Not to mention, all the staff is friendly.

The customer service and facility were lovely. However, I came in to get my acrylics removed, and my nails are extremely damaged from the process. Instead of the soak/buff process, my nail tech began to pry them off with no prep. On my right hand, the acrylic was not fully removed, so it's caused the new polish to chip. My nails are very weak and ripped. Very disappointed

They're still as amazing as ever! It's been a year since I last visited and they had SO many new colors available in gel and dip. Their team is so friendly -- one of the manicurists even remembered my name, even after all this time. My nails look perfect and I find that they always last a long time too. I booked appointment by messaging them on the Yelp app and they were quick to respond. When I got there, Taylor Swift was playing on the speakers, Schitt's Creek (with subtitles) was playing on the TVs, and I was fully relaxed. Always a fun and enjoyable visit!

Amazing service and quality. A full set here can last up to a month versus other nail salons will last 2 weeks, if that.

I was in town and as it's getting warmer, I realized I desperately needed a pedi. I called this place and they got me in 15 min later.

Everyone was wearing masks and they put up an extra barrier as well. They did a thorough massage which was nice. My nails turned out really nice.

The chairs were a little closer than I would have preferred (in terms of how close I was to someone else) but that could also be because they squeezed me in last minute. Also, my calluses were not completely off - still a bit rough so I'd probably give 4.5 stars. But overall a solid place for a pedi!

I am so obsessed with these nails! Alice did my nails this time; I showed her a picture of what I wanted. I was hoping to find a multicolor dip option but that wasn't a choice. So Alice helped me make a multicolor option using 3 glitter colors. I am always happy with my nails and the service I receive at this business.

There is plenty of parking in the back and an entrance near the parking lot. Once you walk in you will need to go around the corner to the front check in area. It was a little confusing when I got there. The front desk has a very organized check in process with the assigned staff waiting to provide service.

Once I checked in, signed a covid waiver and had my temperature check they let me pick out a color from the wall.

Came here before my wedding for manicures and pedicures with my bridal party. We made appointments which were definitely needed for a bigger group. We all had great staff. Eric was my nail technician and did amazing! Over 2 weeks later and my dip still looks good and no chips.

I would say the gel pedicure lasted much shorter than normal polish does. Eric recommenced the up charge to gel since I was going to the beach but all my gel peeled off in less than 2 weeks. I've definitely had normal polish last almost 2 months so I wouldn't do gel on my toes again.

I loveee Zen Nails :) I moved to the area a few months ago & came here on a recommendation. The best mani & pedis you will find anywhereeee - Trust me, I'm done the leg (or nail?) work!!

Loyal to sitting with Ni but also have sat with Eric and he's amazing too!
