I can’t imagine a better Real Estate agent to work with than Sheri Negri. Sheri was awesome, very professional, detailed, and extremely easy to talk with. She was always available which was important because we were sellers who lived in another state then the property being sold. Once we signed a contract with the buyer, Sheri gave us a timeline of events that would happen, and we closed and recorded the day she indicated. We had to work through a few minor property repairs which Sheri helped with. She found us a contractor which saved us a lot of money.

I was responsible for selling a family property in California. I was worried that it would be a difficult process since I live in Texas but Sheri kept everything running smoothly. Nothing got her flustered. She was very professional, hard-working, and detail-oriented. She has great tactical and negotiating skills. She was collaborative and open to my ideas. Sheri was never too busy to answer my questions quickly. She has such a pleasant and friendly demeanor -- I'm actually going to miss talking with her. If I had another house to sell, I'd contract with Sheri.

I highly recommend Sheri as an agent. She turned my home sale around with multiple offers in one weekend and helped me find a beautiful new home. Sheri is an amazing Realtor and does an amazing job for her clients. We happened to work on a deal together a couple months ago and she was on top of everything like I rarely see from Realtors. The transaction sailed through, closing in 17 days, and all parties were impressed. Since then we have worked on many more together and she always goes over and above for her clients!
