Cobalt Real Estate rocks! Recently bought a house with Colton and he went up and beyond to help me find the right house. Had a lot of patience and answered all my questions! Reached out, a couple of months after closing, to make sure everything was ok with the house. Which shows he actually cares and I wasn't just another client!

First the only reason we didn't run away while we could was the house was what we wanted in the location we wanted.
Before going into contract in March we were told the builder is so far ahead it should be mid-June. Once in contact date became first week in July. Ok sales tactics, but this was just the beginning of the Sh*t show by Colbalt Reality. Found out later by builder they were behind from the start due to permit issues.
Once in contact here comes the lies, misrepresentation, and BS. I'll just list the big stuff as Colton (1st agent) couldn't keep his stories straight from

I recently viewed a property on Zillow. As most of you know, if you are interested in the property you answer a few questions and they put you in touch with an agent. Cobalt Reality Matthew Osofsky contacted me by email and immediately started to ask questions about why I was interested in this particular property. My response to him was "Why are you asking? Is something wrong with the home or do you have other plans? I.E., showing me other homes that I'm not interested in?" I didn't realize the true value of a good real estate agent until after using Tyler. When I was looking for a real estate agent I didn't take it lightly and I met with several agents.
