Buying house is much more than a financial transaction. I worked with Breanna Mittone and she represented me on the buying side. She took time to understand my objective, property type, price range, location, etc. and offered me a list of houses to see that fits my criteria. She is action oriented and ready to hit the ground as soon as she sees an opportunity. It took me 10 weeks from the start of search to completely close on the house. I would do business with Olani properties again.

Look no further if you want to sell your home. Kiana and her team were very professional in staging the house and listing the house with great photos and video. The market slowed down between September-November but the house got sold eventually and the selling process was very smooth.

Initially I was referred to Mollie from two of my coworkers because they told me how great she was in helping them find/buy their first homes. We could not recommend Rebecca enough! Rebecca was incredible. She helped my parents beyond t expectations. Since we live about 80 miles away from the property Rebecca sold for us, we were incredibly stressed out. She went out of her way and outside her scope of duties and assisted us with cleaning the property such as the front and backyard. When she sold the house, she helped us with emptying the property of all belongings. My family and I where forced to relocate from Castro Valley,CA to Sacramento Area because of the high cost and endless rent increases of The Bay Area . After doing some light research we decided to explore purchasing a home or condo instead of renting as I came into some money that would help with the down payment and in doing so we found Olani Properties or I should say they found us and / or my mom when Thru some unknown search engine when we where searching for properties .
We where able to get pre approved for about 180,000 plus we had about 20,000 to put

We were is escrow on three home and our first agent terminated us because we wanted to write an offer that was under list, but well over comps for the neighborhood. He refused and said he could not work with us! We had to find a new agent! Kiana just took it all in stride and we learned a lesson about the area.
We wrote another offer on a property and she worked with the sellers agent and negotiated everything but the Leased Solar System. Leased Solar is everywhere down here and while the buyer gets a nice low payment, the cost and number of panels is based on the occupants in the home

I can't say enough about Olani Properties. We sold our home so quickly and they provided services like staging... They are amazing. So professional and yet so personable. Our realtor Mollie Teames rocks! She kept us apprised throughout the whole process. She is honest and genuine. Kiana, the broker is amazing, as well...very hands-on.
