I was approved for a home that I was really looking forward to renting. Unfortunately Mike (Michael Couvrette) is the most unprofessional and rude individual I have ever dealt with when making such a life changing decision. I was approved and ready to sign my lease but he provided incorrect information, relayed information in an unprofessional manner, and took back my application because he couldn't explain what was needed. Example: I was at work and because I replied 2.5 hours after an email he sent me early in the morning, he stated that was not a timely manner. Whomever owns 1106 Dante Circle
