You better make sure you are 100% positive you want to live here before applying. Our situation changed a week after applying and paying $600. Our contract fell through on the house we were selling so we would have a mortgage and rent. We didn’t get a dime back of that money. All wasted on our end and free money on theirs. We called and canceled more than a month before the move in date so they had plenty of time to fill the apartment and take someone else’s $600! What a scam.

Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this apartment complex after having been a model tenant and neighbor for 4 years. This complex seems enticing on the surface because it’s newer and stylish, but there are a few things you should know before renting here: 1) management will try to charge you for normal wear and tear, cleaning, repainting, carpet cleaning, etc. upon move out (and they will charge more than what’s listed on the price list in another review posted here); 2) management does not appear to use the community maintenance fee to maintain the grounds, which have gone without mulch for

Awful, overpriced, paper thin walled apartments. For some of the most expensive in Lafayette, these are honestly worse than some of the ones for hundreds of dollars less. It wouldn't be that bad if it wasn't for poor management, but poor management makes this one star. I moved out a few years ago. My dog was attacked by another residents dog (a breed banned in the lease as a matter of fact). The assistant office manager (Nikki. It's actually funny because she has a review further down, so apparently they put in fake reviews) actually came out and threw me and 5 other people out when we raised a

This is the best apartment in Lafayette. It was very modern and nice. we lived here for year (moved because of work) and it was great experience all round. We worked with Abby during our stay and move out time and she was always courteous, and helpful (Thanks Abby). They also have great maintenance service. I highly recommend to everyone.
