Mission Fairways Apartments

The pool is only open during office hours. This means the pool does not open until 10am when outside of summer everyone who is in school and has a job is unable to use it and then they close at 6 so adults cannot even get a morning swim in or an evening one and forget weekends they are closed all day on Sundays because no one is at the office. They said it is because they have to have some staff on duty. I thought that was the reason for the "no lifeguard on duty" sign was for. I don’t usually leave reviews but I had to on my experience living here! First of the leasing people don’t know what they’re doing or saying a lot of he said she said bs! They charge you for pest control monthly yet there’s rats outside and roaches in the unit I had stayed in. They give you bs excuses as to why they can’t give you your deposit back! You also have to fight for parking unless you pay for a reserved spot or garage. I definitely don’t recommend these apartments so rent at your own risk!

Pros:
Honestly, the people that work here (maintenance and in the office) are wonderful. We lived here about 2 years and we never had a problem with them. They were always kind. They always answered the phones. They just made life easier while living here. Best management I’ve ever dealt with hands down. We only left because we moved into a house but I would come back to these apartments if I ever needed to.
Cons:
Some things to keep in mind when moving here: there were 2 instances where my stuff was stolen. The first instance was two guys going around stealing stuff out of peoples vehicles

I'm very happy with Mission Fairways Apartment in Mesquite TX. I've only been here since May but the staff has been great, very helpful and understanding. Christina is amazing, as is the rest staff here. My 1BR apt is pretty big compared to other apts in immediate area and prices are very reasonable, my only complaint is I would've preferred hardwood floors but none were available when I moved in. But I love my apartment.

The best part about this place is the maintenance people and that’s about where it stops. The worst part are the thin walls and ceilings. The people at the office dont enforce any of their own rules. Are they nice and polite yes they are but they might be scared to confront the tenants and that’s a problem.If you have a noise complaint save it they won’t fine them or do anything to make them stop . AND THE PARKING LOT IS A MESS it all types of nonresidents Parking and double parking wherever whenever , leaving no space for the people who do pay rent to park. What was the point of the resident

Visited an associate whom lives in the complex. Property appears well maintained but has little open space for tenants.

I love my apartment. The office staff is friendly & nice. Maintenance is very quick with getting things taken care of. However, I'm not to happy about the water bill. I've never paid over $50 for a water bill. I was not expecting to pay over $100 every month. If I would have known, I would have rented a 2,000sqft house.
