I have too say I absolutely love my experience and stay here at Parc East Apartment Homes. Tia is soo very helpful, professional and nice . She is very experienced and really knows how to make you feel right at home from the start. The maintenance crew are excellent and right on time! The manager Priscilla is pretty nice as well. I have lived here going on 2 years and I have to say I have been very satisfied and would refer all of my friends, family, or anyone seeking a place to call home here at Parc East Apartments. The only thing is it stays pretty occupied. Do not get discourage. The wait list

I have lived in the Parc East Apartment Homes since April 2016 and i truly can't see being any place else, I feel safe and comfortable here, the management team Priscilla & Tia don't treat their tenant's like just an apartment number, you are always greeted by name and pleasant conversation. I'm glad Covid-19 is winding down and friendly communication resume I love the views around the complex and the landscape is always well kept, no wonder the waiting list for renters is so long people constantly ask "Do your apartments have any vacancies?" . I thought I was was going to have to sell my washer

Horrible management - Priscilla. Its been 3 months and repairs from the February snow storm have not been completed. Residents are risking their health and living in construction. They don't have full use of their apartments, but still pay full rent. Management continues to lie and are very rude and unpleasant. Legal action against the complex has begun. Contact me if you want to join the lawsuit.

I'd been here at Parc East Apartaments for 4 yrs and always have issues with the towing in this apartments just recently on April 1 they towed my car from a paid parking spot when I rented this spot I was told that I had until june to fix my car because I had money issues fixing the car so I was paying a covered parking spot and they still towed the car so practically they stoled it. I call the corporate office and speak to someone about this issue they never call me back she said there was gonna be an investigation and this was on April 3rd we are on the17th and I haven't heard from them this

At this point I will be talking with my lawyer about my living conditions. This mold situation is not being taking care of the proper way.I have taken numerous of videos & pictures. I have been contacting the office & owners of this property since July . They lie and say I will get a call back never do. The first time I reported this to the office they sprayed bleach and painted over my walls. I contacted them again after my carpet had mold spots ( not to mention I have been requesting to get my carpet clean for months even before the pandemic) I was denied & they had no concerns about it. When I first went in to meet with Tia I was in a horrible mood. My previous apartments tried to swindle me out of money and I was furious. The moment I stepped into her office, she was filled with delight and very pleasant. She ended changing how I was feeling at that time. Her attitude was joyful and she was so helpful. I'm so glad I came in to meet with her and I enjoy my new apartment home for two reason, the place is nice and Tia is awesome! A true beauty inside and out. I recommend Parc East to everyone!!!

When I say I call in and ask Tia so many questions I mean it! I am moving to Mesquite from California and I have been nervous about finding a suitable complex to live in for my kids and I. From the first time I called Tia she was so helpful and made me feel comfortable with the whole process. I read reviews prior to applying but I am the type of person that has to see for myself. So far so good. The property looks nice. The things people complained about all seem like easy fixable situations. No complex is perfect. I move in sometime in February and I am excited to see the place in person!

This place is beyond awesome! From the office staff to maintenance. Priscilla & Denise has been so helpful to me. I had a dishwasher issue and wasn't expecting it to be taken care of until a later date however it was taken care immediately. Maintenance hopped on it and replaced it with a new one. I never moved into an apartment that actually felt like home until I moved to Parc East. I'm very thankful.

I moved here on 06/30/2017. I love it here! Everybody in the leasing office has been very nice. Denise Q. Is awesome!! My lease at my old apartments was up on 6/30/17. The apartment that I was supposed to lease would not be ready until mid-late July. I had planned to tough it out by putting my things in storage and living in a hotel until my appt. was ready. I had just left the leasing office here at Parc East, when Denise called me to inform me that she had good news for me. I was surprised to hear that she was going to move me into another unit that would be ready for move in on 06/30/2017!!
