My family and I moved here since November 2020 and ever since we’ve been here we had these terrible neighbors above us especially their daughter always stomping on purpose skipping hard and playing with her ball slamming it to the ground I already know her room is above mine because she stomps the most above me slamming her ball or whatever on the ground repeatedly.I keep telling my mom they stomping every day and she keeps reporting it but nothing still worked.I don’t recommend nobody moving here RIDICULOUS

Heather creek apartments is a nice place to live. Well managed, clean and quiet. I love being in the back looking at the beautiful scenery of trees. If your looking for a home, this is the place. Affordable. The Office is beautiful, soon as you walk in the atmosphere is lovely. Thank you to the Office Manager and Judy. God Bless.

She has so much patience and worked diligently to provide a great home for me and my sons after our home flooded due to the storm.

I have lived here for about two years now, and it is a calm community. Unfortunately, in my apartment there is a problem the administration has not been able to fix. One of my neighbors smokes Marihuana, and all the smell gets into my apartment through the ventilation system, which supposedly is independent for each apartment, but f this were true, I would not be having unbearable headaches due to the smell that concentrates in my apt. I don't feel the admin has seriously paid attention to this issue, therefore I would not recommend this community. I can't wait to leave and I am just so glad I

So far I have only submitted my application to live at the Heather Creek Apartments. Judy was energetic and helpful discussing the cost of what was needed to live there. She found me a nice place to move into, at the time I needed it, and in the preferred area I desired. If the rest of this facility is like her I will be very happy here.

I have lived in Heather Creek Apartments for a year and a half now and we don't plan on moving anytime soon. Maintenance stays on top of things, you can go to the office and they'll help you with anything they can and they're always so sweet. I usually get scared walking to my car and to my apartment at night but here at Heather Creek I feel very safe. They make all of us who live here feel secure and welcomed. I would highly recommend these apartments if you're looking for a nice, safe place to live.

I have lived here for two years without a hitch and sad to say that I am moving into a house but the staff in the front office gave been very attentive and helpful. I chose these apartments because they are just as nice as other complexes but not as expensive. They are hidden in old mesquite behind a city bldg and next to some plain brown apartments which aren't so nice. I never see any shady people around ( not even at night). The complex is very quiet and there are a few families but I rarely see small children or anyone for that matter. Keep in mind that I live in a bldg right near the
