This place is a scam. So it was move in day and My family was so excited and when we went to view my unit it was not as advertised. The cabinets were horrible, the walls were not well painted and there me was a ROACH in the dishwasher. Mind you I was only in the unit for less than an hour and when I brought it to Courtney attention she asked if I wanted to cancel my move in and of course I said yes. I went back to the leasing office shortly afterwards and was then told I could not get my money orders back and that I was locked into the lease although I was only there less than and hour and Courtney

I lived here for 2 years. It seemed nice at first but everything is cheaply built. Cabinets and disposal was always broken. Trash is ALWAYS, and I mean ALWAYS pilled up in front of the breezeway. They will also charge you bogus charges during move out and don’t even count on getting your deposit back because they will FIND something wrong. They charged me $300 after I moved out and didn’t bother to tell me WHY there was a balance or that there was a balance at all.. EVEN THOUGH they had my phone number, forwarding address and email. UPDATE: IT IS NOW DECEMBER 22nd AND NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE STILL!!
My tub was replaced on September 29th, it is now the middle of November and it still hasn’t been finished. I have called and emailed and told the same thing over and over that someone will reach back out to me and no one ever does. Nobody should have to walk in their bathroom and see roaches and all other types of bugs. There is literally only plastic covering the walls. I have been more than patient while dealing with this and it seems like no one cares because it’s not them.

Would not recommend this community. Maintenance never completes a work order. We were left with a hole in our ceiling due to a leak upstairs. Paint job was not completed. The gates never work and the overall feel of the apartments are completely worn down. When moving out we were informed if we paid the $150 cleaning fee that would include cleaning what was left in the fridge as well as any extra items. However, this is not the case. We were charged on top of the $150 cleaning fee. I received a bill but had questions so I of course reached out. Amanda was unfriendly and rude to work with on what

There was a domestic altercation in my building on Friday night around 12:30 that involved children and the mother of the children. When police arrived on the scene around 1:00 AM my building was surrounded by officers with guns drawn. He was arrested and charged. I understand this is something I cannot fault the Barons for but is a huge safety concern! HOWEVER, I can fault them for leaving this woman’s BLOOD on the ground for the next 3 days! I notified the office at 10Am on Saturday morning to which the response was they would need to take pictures and contact management to see if this qualified

Dont move here! The police are called to the apartments atleast once a week. Gunshots are a nightly thing. Management does not care and will ignore most everything.

RENTERS BEWARE because these people are scammers!!! I came in for a walk through with Amanda. Amanda during the walk through was very nice and respectful and answered all of my questions. I did the application same day in which I was working with Courtney. Courtney kept me updated for a week asking me for paperwork that I needed for the application. Once the application was done, I didn't hear from her at all. I called in three times the next week and I would never get a hold of Courtney, they would either say "Courtney's out but I see your application, you look like your ready to

I have lived at this property 5+ years and it has been a great experience. Definitely one of the nicest, cleanest and quietest place I've lived in. Great for families as well. The office staff is always super friendly and are always able to take care of all my needs right away. The manager is super nice and professional. Would recommend this property to anyone! 10/10

Lived here for 2 years, everything i have needed has been token care of in a timely matter. Sabrina is the best employee there. She always answer my questions and helps with EVERYTHING i need, even when she's busy. Has a good attitude. I recommend coming to live here.

I absolutely loved Ana she was really sweet and very caring about my process and paperwork, I think we got along well and the process only took 5 days and I had my keys and ready to move in, the apartment it self was big and spacious. I am a 2nd grade teacher who was looking to relocate. After having applied to the Barons apartments, I was asked about "rental debt" of $251 that we supposedly owe (no we do not! We showed bank statement proof we paid that over 3 years ago in August 2015 to RDAC, which was a fraudulent charge to begin with of "necessary" kilz treatments, $50 per wall including untouched walls (for $251) for toddlers who had marked on two of the walls & which I had removed with rubbing alcohol, but they took the complete deposit & charged $251 on top of that, which we paid.).

Lived here for 3 years it's nice for the most part we've had our ups and downs but management has always addressed the issues. something that has always bother me is they list a club house/meeting room as an amenity and years ago a friend of mine lived here and had a beautiful baby shower in the clubhouse but after signing the lease when I asked to reserve it first they told me it was under construction then months later I asked again and they kinda laughed at me and said the clubhouse has been used for storage for years and it would never be available to the residents to reserve. Bad customer service. I walked into the office and was ignored not given a hello, met with silent eye contact and no smile. They threw me off on one another when finally after 20 minutes one sat down with me and only spoke when I asked questions. These office people are a joke, ATTN: if retailors don't speak to you when you enter their establishment, just take your money elsewhere! Some other apartment realtor will get this commission from me. Do better sisters!

Absolutely love my apartment itself, but as far as the property manager goes... HORRIBLE. She's rude, unhappy, flings stuff all over her desk. Anytime i call up there and she answers she has the rudest tone to her voice, and then I had a issue with my water bill spiking up from $35-45 a month, to $131 and then them putting a letter on my door two days later saying $234. But when i went online it still only showed $131??? So i paid it but still curious as to why it's SO high out of normal, and I was just simply trying to figure out why. from the second she walked me into her office she
