He goes above and beyond to help. I actually have astigmatism and one eye is worst than the other etc. Unfortunately I had never been explained my situation so thoroughly as I did when I visited Dr. Le
I now understand what's going on with my eyes and I'm able to make decisions regarding what I need. I love the fact that the staff and doctor take their time to get to know me as a person and not just another patient. I really recommend coming here I only wish I came here long ago.

This optometrist is virtually impossible to get in contact with. I've requested appointment changes and not been called back. I've asked for a copy of our prescription and it hasn't been sent. Really frustrating.

I have been going to Dr. Hong since 2012. He is amazing. I never understood why my old glasses were giving me headaches. On my very first visit he took my old glasses and automatically notices I was given a prescription that was too strong for my eyes. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone. Now that I am moving. I will make sure that i come back to him for my annual eye exam.

Dr. Hong took my daughter in and was amazing to her. He understood her vision problems and was able to clearly explain to both of us what his recommendation was and why. He is the first optometrist I have ever seen actually help his patients picking frames. He really understands the importance of optics, so is able to recommend frames that will best suit your prescription.

Thorough eye exams and they are definitely willing to work with you to try and make sure your glasses work for you. I unfortunately had a pretty bad experience getting glasses; I have amblyopia and after 4 months still couldn't get the right glasses. For a simpler case like my daughter they worked just fine though.
